Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Radnor Township

Usually, I go in and pick up my preordered app meal; sometimes, if I have time, I'll eat in, rarely do I interact with the people, but I always observe. Today, I came at 10:34, four minutes late, because I had left my car key in the other bag. Everything happens for a reason? My breakfast bowl was canceled. I had to wait to speak to the manager because she was on the phone... no problem, but I really wanted my breakfast bowl, and a migraine was creeping. At 10:30, there is a hard cut-off on breakfast even if you order on the app. Save for the future. Anika (not the manager) asks if I want to order something anyway, so I get kid meals. I think I died and went to heaven and the guardian angel that protected me my whole life was Drew. The food was piping hotter than hot potato and my Dr. Pepper was more crisp than a winter wonderland. In all seriousness this was the best trip I've ever been on to chickfila in my life (I've been here more times than I can count). Everyone was great, but one stood out. Drew probably came to my table 6 times, just to make sure every last item got to my table, his calm domenor was reassuring and I couldnt say thank you enough times. As we were getting up from the table he comes up and asks about refills, we said of course and he takes 3 of our cups and goes off to refill, he comes back and give our exact cups back to us. Ik thats the standard but he took 3 cups and memorized which one belonged to us, I thought for a moment he was superman, but superman doesnt have the muscles that drew did. Good and bad

Good: The location is good and easy to access. Drive-thru is not available, but it’s okay. Food quality is good and they make food very quickly. I saw one group getting their food within 3 minutes. The Interior is clean and looks good. I am glad that I can get Chick-fil-A near my home.

Bad: I ordered a pickup order for 4:30 PM, and the order was ready, but no one called me until I walked to one of the employees. When I first talked to that person, he said he would call me once he made my food, but he never called me. I had to wait almost 30 minutes (to get three drinks) while all the people that came later than me got their food. Despite this incident, I like...
