If I could give negative stars I would. They never have all of their ingredients, I went to pick up my mobile order and they hadn’t even prepared it and then told me they didn’t have the ingredients for the sandwich I ordered not did they have any vanilla chai. Manager proceeded to tell me they couldn’t refund anything on a mobile order so I stated a gift card for what should be refunded is fine and he stood there silent for about 6 seconds too long and then decided to give me the gift card.

Did a mobile order for the one down the street and long behold the app refreshed and listed the previous store before I checked out and I waited about 20 minutes not realizing which would have given them ample amount of time... I get there and nothing was prepared like the previous visit. Yes I checked off the Ready to Pick up way before I headed there on both occasions and just looking at that second visit there were ppl in the drive thru upset as well as those waiting in the inside.

If you need your Dunkin’ in the morning please avoid this location it’s not worth the frustration of being late for work due to others not...

This Dunkin Donuts is the worst. The service and beverages are never consistent or accurate. They just about always manage to mess up simple orders. On several occasions I've ordered beverages and 9 out of 10 times they were either not the beverage I ordered or not correct in some other way. The latest incident is why I'm writing this review. Dunkin Donuts currently has a promotion where you can purchase a macchiato between 2pm and 5pm for the price of $1.99. I visited the DD drive-thru a little after 2pm and was charged full price. I brought this to the attention of the woman at the drive-thru and she tells me that the registers are 10 minutes behind and that it was not her problem/nothing she could do. I requested a manager and was told there was no manager there which is when I got a refund. How are you going to have a promotion and not honor it? Worst service ever... this morning I went inside the location to order a breakfast sandwich. There was no one else inside I nearly waited 20 minutes ( I was being nice because I saw how busy their drive thru was). One customer walked in after me received their order and I was still waiting. When I question the manager she was rude and gave me and attitude and proceed to tell me that I am a liar that her employee made the sandwich and someone must to took it.
