321 Coffee - Downtown Raleigh — Restaurant in Raleigh

Woke up on a Monday morning and realized I was out of coffee pods AND green tea...devastating! The idea of driving to the grocery store or busy Starbucks was not appealing to my jumbled caffeine-less brain. But I remembered that 321 Coffee jut opened up a few days ago AND it's only a couple blocks from my apartment (PSA to all West Morgan, Hillsborough Street and Boylan Heights neighbors!!) First of all - the shop is so cute, modern, but still warm and welcoming. I walked in and was greeted with genuine smiles. The menu is smaller than most coffee shops but it has what you need - you can get hot coffee, nitro cold brew and more, plus they have tons of flavors you can add and non-dairy milk options! Plus, prices were fantastic, if you're a ballin on a budget millennial like myself, you can actually afford to get a coffee here a couple times a week. As I was leaving, everyone told me to have a good day and it felt really genuine and authentic. 321 Coffee is warm, welcoming, staffed with really great people and has an awesome mission. Excited to say that my work-from-home days just got better with such a cool little coffee shop...

I love this place. Everyone was friendly, it was insanely clean, and the space was comfortable. The fellas at the front accidentally made me an extra cold brew, no harm done at all, but my fiance ordered a lavender latte.

I've had bad lavender drinks and foods before, it's notoriously a difficult ingredient. Even slightly too much and everything tastes like soap. The one they gave us at 321 coffee was perfect, absolutely perfect, and I'd tell you if it wasn't.

I kinda wish the space was a little bigger, but that ain't their fault at all, they managed to squeeze a lot into a little space and keep it as clean as a doctor's office.

Beyond that, everyone working was friendly and helpful and seemed genuinely happy. That happiness rubbed off on us without a doubt, and I'm coming back for more ASAP.

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting 321 Coffee Shop in Raleigh, NC, and it truly exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the energy and warmth of the staff were unmatched. Special shoutout to Grace and Sarah—they were magnificent! Not only did they craft the best coffee I’ve had in ages, but their service was also impeccable.

I was thrilled to find sugar-free pump options, which are a rare gem for someone like me who loves a little flavor without the sugar. The establishment itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and brimming with positive vibes. Everyone was smiling, and the atmosphere was so uplifting—it was just what I needed before embarking on my five-hour drive back to Virginia.
