Been going to this location for years, almost always order using the app. Usually very reliable/accurate. On 3/25/22 I submitted an order via the app at around 12:20 with the app displaying a 12:38 pick up time. I walked in a few mins early at 12:35 not expecting my sandwich to be ready (although usually it is) and stood by the to-go orders rack. 20 minutes into my wait nobody had acknowledged me as I watched around 10 customers walk up to the counter, order and leave the store w/their orders. At around 1:05 the young man working the register looked over to me and asked me what my name/order was. I told him, hoping he would immediately pluck my order from the runway of sandwiches that were sitting on the counter. Instead, I saw him find my order bag with my name on it and he placed it UNDER three others. At that moment I told him he needed to put mine back to the top and get my sandwich as I had been waiting for more than 30 minutes. Still no intelligible response. I then waited another 15 minutes as I watched the guy at the register try to fix two other wrong orders and then ask 2 other people how to process gift cards for a lady (and no, they could not figure that out either). Finally after about 45 mins the young man who had been making sandwiches called my name out, looked at me with an expressionless face and asked, "would you like a bag"... I laughed and said yes. He then handed me the bag and went right back to work. Standing next to the stack of cups I said, "I guess I will get my own cup?" -- no response from any of the staff. I glanced over at several other customers and everyone started laughing sarcastically. No acknowledgement, no apology, nobody even trying to take charge and/or make anything right. It was such a bad experience I will NOT select this store on the app again when ordering. I think this location changed ownership as the guy who was always in there running things hasn't been there the last few times I've been there. Read moreI am writing a review from perspectives of and employee and customer. Employee: I speak with pride when people ask me where I work and how do I like working there. My co-workers are amazing, especially my boss Chris. As a former Subway worker I can definitely say I am treated with much more respect here. I don't feel like just another employee, I feel like I'm a part of a family. I love the dedication and effort that all employees put towards when making the food and ensuring that all customers are satisfied. I've read many reviews on here and saw a few complaints. Like every other place we aren't perfect, but we do try our best and if a customer is unsatisfied with their experience it is a priority of ours to fix the problem. Service with a smile is key and oftentimes we get to know our customers on a personal level, even to the point where if you're a regular guest you don't even have to tell us what you want, we already know. Customer: Amazing food! Eating Subway almost everyday for an entire year made me appreciate the quality of the food even more. I really was missing out. Great customer service. Unlike other sub shops the meat, cheese, and vegetables are fresh. The only negative thing I have to say about this place is that I can never decide on what I want because everything is just so good.

I love there Chocolate chip cookie after I ate my food I realized my cookie was not a chocolate chip it was raisins cookie, so i asked the cashier if i can get a chocolate chip instead she said suer but let me ask the manger, then the manger niki comes to speak to me already have an attitude about having to come from the back, she said yes i told her i got this .97 cent cookie by accident i needed the chocolate chip, she said we might be out after we checked there was Chocolate chip Great right No! she looked at me like i have to pay for it i was like you know what what ever .97 cent ill just pay for it, before opening my mouth she throws the cookie to me on the table rolls her eye and says just take it and walks away to the back in the mean time i am calling her to come back she refused and walked to the back a minute later she walks back and says yes how can i help you i told her i am not a peace of dog begging for you .97 cookie i come here all the time and and the way you disrespected me was PS and i threw both cookies that i had back at her.
