Visiting for my nephews NC State freshman orientation this weekend. The family and I decided to check out Morgan Street Food Hall and were not disappointed. We chose Opa Raleigh among the other options in the building and were impressed with not only the options, but the quality and quantity as well. I got the Falafel Platter and my best friend got the Yeero (gryo) platter. We were kindly informed that everything from the salad dressing to the gyro meat was freshly made in-house. The falafel was perfectly seasoned and paired great with the tzatziki. The hummus was delicious with the warm pita wedges. Read moreWe went in yesterday around 2:30pm to get some bottled drinks. The employee was on her phone behind the register. We just stood there for a few minutes waiting for her to acknowledge us. I finally said “Hey, we’d like to get these drinks please” and she just put her finger up like “one minute”. We waited a little longer while she stood there yapping away and just ended up putting the drinks back and going to another vendor there. She never got off the phone to ring up the items. Read moreI went here and the food was good. Nothing that will blow your mind, but the food is fresh and is tasty. I got the Meze Platter, which was a nice assortment of different appetizers. The Tzatziki sauce and hummus are very good. Kind of works with anything on your plate. I got the Greek Bowl with chicken kebab. I enjoyed the rice and chicken combo. Still good and the kebab was alright. Lastly I got the Yeero Platter with Lamb. So good. I honestly wished there was a bit more lamb. But it was still good.
