Let me start out by saying that if you want to visit Raleigh Raw, you have to try the chocolate raspberry chia seed pudding. And if you have celiacs, everything here is gluten free! Heck yeah! Everything was delicious, the staff is wonderful (and have some killer tattoos), and the atmosphere is laid back and cozy. They also went out of their way to get me nutritional information. I have to count my calories because I have health issues and the vast majority of foods that I eat tend to be very low in calories. It’s easy to come under if I don’t pay attention to my intake. They don’t have this information on their menu yet (they’re in the process of getting it), but they helped me to figure out how many calories were in my meal. I appreciated it so much! I will absolutely be back!

Staff were extremely friendly! Service was quick. Vibe was excellent. Cleanliness was superb! The “Lentils+Greens/Rainbow Style/with purple sweet potato” Macro Bowl combination was filling, but lacked FLAVOR. The purple potatoes also tasted kind of “old”. They may have options to add a little spice to your meal, but I didn’t ask. The sauce/dressing that I got was the Citrus Vinaigrette and I was told that I could try a different sauce if I didn’t like it - I liked it, didn’t love it. For there not being many other health food restaurants in the area, this was a good pick and we would go back to try something else on their menu; maybe the juice!

Stopped in for a latte, tomato soup, and a poke bowl and everything hit the spot! The tomato soup was incredible (I added rice and highly recommend doing the same). The poke bowl was good, though nothing too special. What really stood out was the staff, they went above and beyond after I mentioned my severe tree nut allergy. They took the time to wipe down all the machines and ensure no cross-contamination, which meant a lot since many of their drinks and dishes include nuts. The coffee was amazing, and the vibe inside is cozy and inviting, perfect for a casual lunch or catching up with friends. I’ll definitely be going back!

Raleigh Raw has a terrific selection of cold pressed juices, smoothies, and teas. They have a juice cleanse program for those who are interested.

A poké bowl at Raleigh Raw captures even more goodness than a poké ball, partially because everybody knows you have to use great or ultra-balls to capture legendary Pokémon. Heck, not even legendary Pokémon. I've had 320 CP Rattatas break out of my poké balls. What's the deal with that?

For your poke bowl, start with a base of sticky rice, mixed spinach/lettuce, or a combination of the two. Add the "setup" consisting of fruit and premium greens. Finally, finish with your choice of protein. Beets are available as a choice for our vegan friends. I picked a mixture of sticky rice and greens, "the hustle" setup, and tuna as my protein. At $12.75 with the tax included, I'm feeling mild pain.

Each bowl comes with a sesame sauce and some other thing that my overworked brain can't possibly identify at the moment. Throw that sauce in your bowl, shake it up, and enjoy pure deliciousness. The ingredients are high quality and fresh. The portion may appear small, but it was able to satisfy my appetite.

Like other diners I wish Raleigh Raw were slightly cheaper and/or I made significantly more money. I initially wanted to ding this place for that, but you know what? I loved it. I truly did. I loved my meal and can't wait to return. The healthy and delicious lunch from Raleigh Raw energized me to finish my...

I typically only write a review if it’s good, but I feel compelled to share my honest experience here. I ordered the Faroe Monch sushirrito, the mangonada smoothie, and the truffles. I love poke bowls, but was curious to try a sushirrito. Y’all, this was one of the blandest dishes I have ever tried. I was extremely disappointed. Pacific Islander here – do NOT order any sort of poke dish from here if you are expecting poke flavors. It was completely unseasoned and the ingredients unnecessarily complicated with no payoff. Do yourself a favor and buy some sushi-grade tuna from Toyo Shokuhin and make delicious poke at home; it’s very easy and much much cheaper.

I had ordered the mangonada smoothie before and it had tasted good, but this time it tasted like something had gone sour/bad. The taste was funky, unpleasant, and sour as opposed to tangy, creamy, and sweet.

The truffles were the only item that tasted good.

Overall, I’ve always got a strange feeling about this place and I would recommend avoiding it. The worst part of it all is the price – there are many other delicious authentic food joints and small businesses worth saving...

Chai Tea latte the best hands down the ingredients put in to it are amazing together. Strawberry patch smoothie you can taste that there is no “fake” sugars added. Well all there smoothies are of that level. Now when it comes to juices in Raleigh. Raw is where you got to go the bottle and freshness on point! Now this is coming from a person who been going here since it opened I have tried many other places but the atmosphere here the quality of food and most of all the greeting you get at Raleigh Raw you not going to get it anywhere else. I have an autistic who is 11 Carter has Blue lemonades and eats the oatmeal My 7 years old Nelly eats everything that’s made out of there (the corn soup!!!). They have raised my kids and there fresh made oj I think they don’t have it anymore or right now it’s so good! Kid friendly the staff man they are friends now! The owner has done well with Raw and I’m not going to just write this because I want to but because at 7am this morning I’m getting my chai tea latte American pie oatmeal blue lemonade strawberry patch smoothie and the cash bah juice and maybe something else so I don’t...
