If I could rate this restaurant with 0 stars I would, but sadly that is not an option. I ordered from this restaurant through the GrubHub app for some Vegetable Chow Mein, and I was expecting to get a to-go box of crispy stir-fried egg noodles with vegetables just like the picture showed. It said that it comes with some rice and "crispy noodles" as advertised on the app. However, once I got my order from the driver my to-go box of "chow mein" was just a box of cooked vegetables, and the "crispy noodles" that came with the food were fried wonton strips. There was not a single stir-fried egg noodle in there, and I was questioning where it was. So after this event I decided to call up the restaurant to see what was going on. They could've messed up the order with someone else's food, which is completely understandable. However, the receptionist lady picked up the phone and said that the order was 100% correct and that she bagged it herself. Their chow mein DOES NOT come with crispy egg noodles, and I was extremely confused with her explanation. She said that the fried wonton strips were the noodles that come with the dinner, and that chow mein is not supposed to come with egg noodles. I am sorry, but if you could search up a picture of chow mein on Google Images for me and look at what chow mein actually looks like, and tell me that it doesn't have any noodles I would applaud you for your efforts. Nonetheless, I would say that at least tell your customers that a noodle dish you serve doesn't actually have noodles in it, so that it clears up any further confusion once they...

Man, I don't know about all of these other folks, but every single thing I ordered last night was delicious! I had:

General Tso's Chicken: chicken was perfectly crispy and hot. The sauce was awesome. Dark red, just a hint of sweet, good and spicy. Just the right thickness. They did not overload it with broccoli (I personally don't like broccoli), so I was able to get rid of it easily (probably should have ordered it without but next time... ). I ordered (and received) extra of the little hot peppers. To me, this was the gold standard for General Tso's.

Egg Rolls: The wrapper was crispy on the outside but sort of chewy on the inside (which I liked). Filling was delicious and they were hot even after a 15-minute car ride.

Fried rice: this was pretty much plain fried rice but mix in the General Tso's sauce and lots of soy sauce, and you've got something awesome.

Crab Rangoons: Tasty! I filled them up with the doctored up fried rice that I mentioned above and they rocked!

Note: I walked in and placed my order and took it to go this particular time. I have ordered delivery from them before, and it did take quite a while to get there (like 1-1/2 to 2 hours). But even so, the food was delicious those times, too.

Language barrier could explain some of the problems people talked about in other reviews (especially for call-in orders). I believe going in alleviates this kind of problem. At any rate, they were friendly enough, but don't need a super friendly staff, as long as the...

Never eat here!! I ate there twice both expierences were the worst of my life!!! First food was alright Lo mein wasn't as flavorful as most places. They actually looked washed off & there was a special ingredient in mine!! A LONG STAND OF STRAIGHT BLACK HAIR! My hair is curly & short. I called them back & they made it seem like it was my fault smh. This lady I'm assuming put the manager or owner on the phone & he took $10 off my order not bad.. I didn't think I would ever order there again. With them being the only Chinese delivery open until 3am, I took the chance of ordering from them again. Fooled me once shame on you. Fooled me twice.... Can't fool me again!! My second time ordering from them my delivery guy TIPPED HISSELF!! didn't notice until checking my BOA bank statements & realized that my total went from 15.92 to 19.92 . I was born in 1992 so I def noticed that change & would've noticed on my RECEIPT. It was two weeks ago so I'm not taking actions in court. IMA just charge that $4 loss to the game but I WILL never order from here again. The best thing they had was egg drop soup & I'm looking up recipes to make myself as I type. If ur in the Ralegh area do urself & favor & DO NOT eat here. You will regret it!! Go to LUCKY 7 instead!! Although there late night is more convenient, its NOT I REPEAT not worth it. I've never done a review before but I've also never experience this much of a disgrace of service...

I ordered DoorDash and originally I wanted the chow Mei fun but ordered the chow fun shrimp immediately I cancelled and reordered when I realized I made an error. My order comes and they still sent me the chow fun not chow mein because they want to save money when I had cancelled right away and had the shrimp chow mein fun . needed the chow mein fun shrimp noodles so just because I canceled and I went through the process of getting my money and I have to wait three days to get it back , they have the audacity after I spoke to the lady on the phone she told me that’s why she did it , to still send me the chow fun instead of my chow mein fun shrimp even when I canceled it and re-order the proper that one they knew that I would complain if I wanted to because they were just get their money that way so they would have to waste when they could just eat it or give it to someone else that’s how you know they’re Chinese their so cheap!

I ordered from them on doordash. All of the egg rolls were rock hard. I ordered 2 sesame chicken dinners the chicken was hard and overcooked as well. I called to see if we can just get a replacement and they literally said no and to contact doordash for a refund. How do you send out food like this and not even try and correct your error. Never again...
