Ugly Monkey Party Bar — Restaurant in Raleigh

I have been considering going here for awhile, I've had a few friends say they've been and its decent. Well, yesterday I was picking up a friend off of morgan and the only place that he knew of off of there was The Ugly Monkey, so I told him I'd meet him there. I parked, I was w/ my friend, Joel, and we were waiting for him. There was 1 other car in the entire parking lot, mind you. So probably 5 - 10 minutes after we were waiting, some guy came up and said "I can't have you sitting in my parking lot, either come in or leave". I told him "we're waiting on someone but ok.." So my friend gets in the car, but as he is getting in says something smart like "Oh yeah, cause its soooo busy on a sunday at 7pm, there are sooo many people here & we're taking up this space that someone wants to park in" etc. Well, the guy starts coming at him, and at my car, like "you wanna say that to my face?" like wtf? all he said was you guys were dead, we werent harming anything. So, we're leaving and he walks up to my car, threatens my friend, and I said "dude, we're leaving, chill out." & My friend says "I'm just saying its so full! there are so many people!" The guy goes "yeah like your mom" & my friend says "I havent heard that since I fell off my dinosaur." & then the guy says "why don't you get some jobs!", because we're TOTAALLLYY unemployed, that makes sense. My first Time going here All the details . (On Friday Aug. 3rd// 11pm) It was raining out but me and my Entourage found great parking, right across the street from The Ugly Monkey. We parked and walked right across the street. They have outside setting to sit and conversate It was free for ladies, dudes 5/10$. Very big and interesting place. Kinda out dated or could use a new look. But beer pong as you(front of you w/ island right beside you.) walk in. The dj Booth and dance floor is on (right). Few high stools and pool table (to the left.) Walk on back the bar to the( right) seats Stools & tablea and smoking vending machine to you (left). **Positive: They have a "random drinking wheel of Fortune" you can spend if you can't choose a drink! Great drinks. (Recommend: liquid marijuana ♥️) go further back. Another pool table (left) tv. Sitting beach (front of you) and your right there's the Laboratory (Men on the right/ Women's straight ahead). Clean facility (floors and seating included) On bathroom was out of order and one didn't have tissue. Very clean and nice place to go and turn up. Lots to do/ look at. 2 Hoola hoops to have fun with and great music. Nice security. Didn't try any food. Definitely would recommend to ANYONE looking to have a nice/good/great/awesome night out.
