I placed an order tonight for pickup at 7:38PM. It said it was going to be ready for pickup at 8:10PM. We went to pick it up at the scheduled time and the order was still on the first step: “restaurant has received your order”. It wasn’t even at the second step: “preparing your order”. We waited around at Chipotle for over 30 minutes. There were many people working, none of whom chose to let the group of people waiting for pick up orders what was going on or what the delay was about. There was literally zero communication from the staff. It literally would have been faster if we just waited on line and placed the order. When I went to ask if I could just order my meal on the line and get refunded, the employee went to the back and when he came back he gave me a handwritten phone number. So I would assume he went back to talk to a manager. Meanwhile as a manager, you should probably be out on the floor managing the large mass of people waiting forever for their food or like maybe helping the staff would be a good idea. We finally decided to leave and get food elsewhere because we were starving. I then called the phone number I received and waited on hold for 30 minutes. Lollll horrible experience and horrible customer service. I am actually shocked at the atrocious service from Chipotle I didn’t think this company...
Read moreUpon entering the restaurant, there was a long line of people ahead of me. While patiently waiting, I observed several workers cursing and behaving in an unprofessional manor. After placing my order, my burrito was left for at least 15 minutes unattended as the workers continued to use foul language commanding each other to retrieve missing ingredients and continuously running to the back and never returning. One of the workers who was taking the order for the individual behind me said, “I just started cooking the steak you’re going to have to wait at least 12 minutes” and started laughing with a co-worker. I remember the employee who said this from a previous night being rude, inattentive, and unresponsive. After the third employee who assisted me completed my order, I asked the girl working the counter for chips and guacamole, costing about $7. After spending about 45 minutes at this location I departed home. When I arrived, I opened the bag and found 11 stale chips inside and a hair in my burrito that I threw in the garbage immediately. This isn’t my first poor experience at this location and based on all the negative reviews including my own, the fact that things have not been corrected is quite appalling, particularly in this economy. I anticipate that your business will be closing in the...
Read moreI walked into this local chipotle with dreams of a succulent chicken borrito. At the time that is exactly what I got. The flavor explosion in my mouth made for a satisfactory dining experience. What made my experience change was the explosions that came out of me later that night. I was hanging out with my friends playing some super smash bros and having a grand time. That’s when it hit. My stomach cramped as I made my way to the upstairs bathroom. I made it in time but barely. I clung to the ciramic bowl as I watched the borrito that I had loved to much shoot it’s way out of me. This episode lasted for about 15 minutes and I was on my way. One of my friends gave me a ride home as my stomach growled and churned. I got home, but my dining experience was far from done. I was up until 5 in the morning making frequent trips to the porcelain burrito holder. When I arose from my hour of slumber the sickness still had me in its grasp. To this moment I am still in pain. In the last 22 hours of existence I have had one role of bread that took 20 minutes to eat. I am not happy with my chipotle run in... but the service was...
