This is the worst McDonald's around. I have had two really awful experiences and I will never be back to that location. I was there with my fiancee tonight and we ordered 2-20 piece chicken nuggets and 2 pies. With a bacon mcdouble. No drinks. Mind you it is 7:20 at night. We pull up, pay and when we get to the window we are told to wait, and that the food is only 2 minutes out. We kindly explain to the employee that we didn't want to move and we could wait the two minutes if thats what the wait was. He could not covers well and proceeded to get an assistant manager who again tried to explain it was only 2 minutes away. Again we explain that if it's only two minutes then we can wait here. He then goes to get the manager who says that it needs to be prepared and that it's going to be a longer wait and that the other people in line had food that was ready and we needed to pull into a reserve spot or he could give us a refund. Finally we got tired of this run around and parked because after working a 60 hour week i wss too tired for this whole situation. This whole circus took 5-6 minutes and we waited an additional 4-5 for them to bring it out. And the manager who assured us that he would bring our food was no where to be found. Instead the initial employee was there. I am sorry to see that customer service has become so deplorable. Read more8/29/24 Pull into parking lot 6AM, open App and select $3 breakfast sandwich option, then "use deal". Then find out they removed the bagels from the $3 deal. Go inside and find out the bagel is not even available today, won't be available until tomorrow. Close and reopen App and try to use the $1.50 off Lrg Caramel Frappe Deal. Won't let me, insisting I've already used a deal today. WHY? IF THE PREVIOUS TRANSACTION WAS NOT COMPLETED, WHY DOES THE APP ACT AS IF I'VE ALREADY USED A DEAL? NOW I'M LOCKED OUT OF USING A DEAL TODAY, WHICH WOULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED IF I HAD FOREKNOWLEDGE THAT THE ITEM I WAS GOING TO CHOOSE WASN'T CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. YOU DONT GET THIS KNOWLEDGE UNTIL AFTER YOU OPT TO USE THE DEAL AND GO TO CHECKOUT. IF THE PREVIOUS ORDER WAS NOT COMPLETED YOU SHOULD HAVE THE OPTION TO CHOOSE AN ALTERNATE DEAL!!!!! THIS IS THE THIRD TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME. -AND THE GIRL AT THE COUNTER DAYS THERE'S NO OTHER WAY I CAN GET THE $1.50 OFF MY CARAMEL FRAPPE.

It happened once, twice, and what seemed like every time I ever wanted to eat there on my way home from work in the evening the closed shop for the night. That on top of their poor food quality left a lot to be desired. I stopped going.
One day I see they’re undergoing new management and hiring all positions. After a few months and the new hire signs came down I gave it a try. I’ve only been during the day and it’s been okay so far. A mistake on an order here or there but was improving. But tonight was the last straw. COLD fries. Literal hard cold fries.
