Terrible customer service! I'm on the road heading in the direction of this location so I call ahead from my hands-free mobile device and asked to order before I get there so I don't have to wait around. Matthew (the guy working) told me on the phone that he would not take my order over the phone and I need to download the app and put all of my information sign up for an account and my credit card information then make my order with the app. I let Matthew know that I was driving and there is no way I was going to be able to do that his response was " we don't take orders over the phone anymore, we're not allowed to so I can't do that for you"
I insisted that he take my order and he put me on hold. He then came back on the line about six minutes later and told me that he needs to finish helping everybody who's in line before he can take my order which was about six more people. I waited online for about 17 minutes until he took my order. I definitely felt like he was teaching me a lesson for not using this beloved app…
His attitude and dialogue over the phone definitely made me feel like he thought he was an entitled little millennial ...
Hopefully, my robust dialogue with Matthew did not "trigger" him into cowering in the fetal position in his "safe space" watching videos of puppy dogs...
Read moreI came in around 8:00pm and the workers were cleaning, which looked like deep cleaning, in their workspace area. I came up to the counter and patiently waited until they'd finish what they were doing to ring me up. I stood there for some time before one of them looked up and asked " Are you going to order something." She was mopping the floors and had these big rubber gloves, which looked soaked with who knows what. She dropped her mop and grabbed my cup and began making my drink(not taking her gloves off and not washing her hands). Which for me was very sickening.
I walked around the counter to where my friend was sitting and said, " Is that sanitary?" I didn't wan't to be rude to the worker. But I said it loud enough so she could hear me. She looked over and pretended to not hear anything. Luckily for her, her friends came in and started talking to them. So she wouldn't have to deal with my problem. I was going to say something, but I could tell she would give attitude if I'd try to do something about it. So I left.
I'm usually not one to leave reviews, especially bad ones. But for me sanitation is a big deal. For her to make my drink with those gloves on and not wash her hands...
Read moreThis review is specific to service and pre-order - find blown away that there are currently six people behind the counter and not a word of communication between them.
They seem to be late on orders this morning and even with a call heads up both yesterday and 15 minutes before arriving, they still did not have a single coffee carrier order - The reason this is frustrating is that on the phone I was promised it would be ready and that it was done and ready to go.
On top of that, the quoted price magically went up overnight, every time I think I don't need to take down a customer rep's name, that's when I'm burned. Wish I need a name so I could at least point out who made the promise and who fell through.
At least it's an opportunity to teach my kiddo who was with me, when you make a promise you keep a promise, it's your...
