I cannot express enough how much I adore Falafel Fusion in Rancho Cordova—it's truly the gem of Mediterranean cuisine in the Sacramento area! From the moment you step in, the inviting atmosphere and the friendly staff make you feel right at home. Inayat, the manager, is an absolute star! His passion for delivering an exceptional dining experience shines through, making each visit memorable. Conveniently located next to the I-50 exit with ample parking, Falafel Fusion is easily accessible, adding to its charm. Now, let's talk about the falafel platter—an absolute masterpiece! The combination of pita, falafels, basmati rice, house salad, and that secret house sauce is nothing short of divine. The pita was incredibly soft, the falafels crispy with a delightful cilantro flavor. Each bite was a burst of taste explosions, and the falafels literally melted in my mouth. The spice levels were spot-on, providing a perfect balance of flavors. The hummus, a heavenly side, complemented the falafels and basmati rice flawlessly. Speaking of the rice, it was not just any rice—it was a flavorful journey on its own. The house salad, fresh and vibrant, added a delightful crunch to the meal. Now, let's talk about that secret house sauce—it's an absolute game-changer! I've never tasted anything so good. It elevates the entire dining experience to a whole new level. Kudos to the brilliant minds behind this secret concoction! And the cleanliness! The spotless bathrooms reflect the commitment to maintaining a hygienic environment. Plus, the prices are incredibly reasonable for the quality and quantity of the food you receive. In conclusion, Falafel Fusion is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic and mouthwatering Mediterranean cuisine. Support this amazing local business; you won't be disappointed! Thank you, Falafel Fusion, for consistently delivering an unforgettable dining experience.

Food was great. Baloni tastes delicious. Customer Service needs improvement. We were told that the botanical would take a very long time to make and they brought out 1 of our orders in the 1st 10-12 minutes. We had ordered 2 orders. We were only offered 1 type of sauce. When I asked if they had other sauce I was told only spicy. I asked for ranch & they took forever to bring it as if they forgot. When I asked if they had ketchup they walked up to the table with a basket that had ketchup packets in it. I thought it was odd that they didn't have a bottle of ketchup or a dispenser. They have French fries on the menu. So people that dine in have to use ketchup packets. It felt tacky. I had also asked for a cup of ice for my drink that I purchased. They said okay but, when they finally gave me a cup & a straw they didn't have any ice. So the server's said things that weren't true & were late & forgetful with items requested. An example is that my friend received her order of Baloni sooner than they described but, I didn't get my onion rings until we were ready to go. I had to ask repeatedly for my food the Baloni & the onion rings & also the cup of ice. We really enjoyed the Baloni & I was able to tell my daughter about it because I knew she'd love it and she does. She's been ordering ever since. We are both plantbased so learning & finding out about Baloni was an available option for us to eat is great. I hope that on my next visit they make up for my 1st experience. & do better...

one of the best dining experiences in a long time. they have a self serve kiosk, but an employee still came out and asked if we prefer to use it or order through him. the food didn't take more than 10 minutes and it was fresh and hot. the chicken kabob was cooked to perfection, not a tad under or overcooked and the taste was near perfection, perhaps a little more spices or salt (not asking for spicy). the rice was soft and fluffy, a good thing. there's also complimentary tea and water. the burgers were done well and tasted great. the place is very clean and spacious, looks upgraded or remodeled. there's nice decor and to top it off, the server was very, very sangeen (professional and respectful). there's additional outdoor seating too. they have buffet days and times that you'll have to call in for. 10 of 10, 2 thumbs up. we're coming back, God willing, with family.
