I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Subway, thanks to Mina! As soon as I walked into the restaurant, she greeted me with a big, warm smile and such a friendly attitude. We even had a nice little conversation about how busy Mondays can be, which made the visit feel personal and welcoming.
Mina was incredibly polite, patient, and professional the entire time. She made my sandwich quickly and neatly while still taking the time to ask if I wanted anything else added. You could tell she cared about making sure everything was just right. The station and prep area were spotless, and she handled everything with care and confidence.
What really stood out to me was how kind and genuine Mina was — she truly made my day. I came from another Subway location where the employees were rude, but Mina completely changed my impression. She’s the perfect example of what great customer service should look like.
On top of that, we found out that both of our names, Sattar and Mina, are Persian — which was such a fun and unexpected discovery! It made the whole experience even more memorable.

But this time really got on my nerves when I called 5 minutes before I got to the location to make sure it was open because of the incidents of past times. The guy on the phone told me that they closed at 9 (it was 8:15). I arrived at this store location and right as I’m getting out of my car the employee is showing hand signals to me telling me that I can’t come in. I was confused because I was literally just on the phone with him. I walked in and tried to see why they were closing early when I just confirmed so that this sort of thing wouldn’t happen. Read moreThere was a bit of a line when i came in (no problem) it was stuffy and hot in there not sure why. Customer asked employee how his day was going he said he was doing his 4th double and he looked it. Something told me that they're understaffed since he's been doing so many shifts and that the quality of food probably wasn't so good either. As the other associate starts to make my sandwich I'm just looking down at everything and everything that was sitting ontop was starting to go bad. White cheese turning brown and dried out,lettuce was browning, spinach looked terrible honestly all the veggies. The girl kind of mixed the lettuce up to get me some from the bottom but ims sure that was bad too.
