This has to be the worst Panda Express I’ve been to, more like panda the slowest, rudest and unprofessional. I was happy when I got there because there was only one other customer in the line. It took the guy who took the order for 15 minutes to pack the foods only when the customer ordered 3 bowls of foods. Consider the foods were precooked, it shouldn’t took that long. When it came to my turn I ordered bigger plate, and I was asked what do I want for my sides. I told them want I wanted and then I was told one of the Items is in the process of cooking. They were expecting me to wait. They didn’t tell me how long it will take so I asked them. They told me 10-15 minutes. I told them I don’t have time to wait for that. So I asked them to give me one of the available sides. When I got to the checkout I was told one of the side is not ready. They told me my food is coming up, so I paid for my order. I wait for 5 mins and went to them and asked for my food and one of them yells “your food is coming up” while you can see the cook was still cooking it. You can’t just lie to the customer in their face when they can see everything the cooks are doing or yell at them like that. I am not stupid! They should had told me if the food wasn’t ready to begin with. The cashier at least said she’s sorry even though it wasn’t her fault. The manager/supervisor and others acted very arrogant without admitting it was...
Read moreThis rating is based on today. In line with family waiting to give order when I suddenly have a Diabetic situation so I ask for a small cup. Was given a water cup. Filled it 1/4 with some soda to help with my sugar diabetic problem. Went out the front door to drink it and get to meds in car (family still in line). The Assistant Manager came out to tell me the cup is for water. I explain the situation and showed I didn't fill cup up and needed my diabetes med from my car. She continued to harass me over it. I understand she wasn't sure of what was going on but my situation got worse where I asked her to call 911 for me. The assistant manager refused to call 911. I screamed for my family for help (still in line). Tye AM closed the door on me. I opened it and asked a family member to help me. They did. We got my meds, went in car and left headed to the ER. On way my sugar even out so we went a few blocks to home. Dr. said to watch sugar. I called to speak to or get name of RM. That was refused. The AM was on phone still lecturing me how I was in the wrong and they didn't have to call 911. I explained how by law if someone ask you to call 911 you are to do so. I will be filling a report of this with her RM and above them.
I got to the point I could hardly walk. If I didn't have family with me I might...
Read moreWent in for a quick bite to eat. Was the third person in line and the store was surprisingly empty. When it got to my turn I got a plate with half fried rice and chow Mien. Scoop of rice was normal and the chow Mien was a little pinch. Didn’t even fill up the other half of the plate but they made sure to fluff up the chow Mien to make it look better. Thought to myself whatever. Went onto my other two. Beijing beef was normal and then the teriyaki chicken was a small piece of chicken. Didn’t even fill the side area. As if this wasn’t bad enough the attendant starts to mix my order up with another. I told her that’s mine and she proceeded to separate them. Now my order is complete and ready to pay. To recap I got a normal amount of fire rice and Beijing beef and a fork full of chow mein and a small piece of chicken teriyaki. I sat there while they get two mobile orders ready ahead of my order. At that point I walked out, I understand the pandemic has made life more challenging but I refuse to pay the higher price with less food and poor service. Besides the cook all the line attendants seemed lost and didn’t know what they were doing. I am a regular at this place and it’s one of the biggest produces for Panda Express but if this is the new moto of their business model I will take my...
