I don't know how good the food actually is because I don't eat salad. I would have liked to try their pizza, it looks amazing. Unfortunately there wasn't enough time in my trip and I had too much food already. It would be nice if one of these opened up in Albuquerque New Mexico. I love fancy Pizza. I hope my bf likes the salad. I will update this review once I get a chance to eat the mod cake I bought to take with me on the plane. The lady was very nice and patient when taking my order. Normally they charge for extras but when I couldn't decide what dressing to get, she gave me a cup of each. Normally places nickel and dime you for every topping you get, but not this time. She even gave me special pricing on the salad since they were out of the topping I wanted. She was so nice and friendly... If I actually lived here- we probably could have been friends. She went so far above and beyond the normal level of "politely doing my job" that you come to expect from the average customer service. Also, the tip prompt starts at 3% and caps out at 10% which is very refreshing given how bad everywhere else is. When your fast food employees already get minimum wage- they don't really need to be tipped at all and the fact that most other places I've been to START at a base of 10 or 15% is ludicrous! So, that's why I definitely give extra praise for MOD Pizza giving its customers some relief from tipping culture. That plus how amazing the girl who helped me was- I felt HAPPY to give her a bigger tip. I do feel kind of bad that I didn't get her name so that I can praise her directly. Unfortunately I'm not in the habit of paying attention to who...
Read moreI'm always honest with what I write, because if the company wants to make improvements, they definitely should be reading the reviews. The pizza was dry, which means there was very little sauce on my pizza. What MOD did do correctly was cooked it long enough so that the pizza dough was cooked perfectly. I'm not gonna complain about everything, but members of my church were going to MOD Pizza today specifically to give part of their purchase to a "Needy Cause" in the city, and the one that interested them most was the "Whicker Warriors" using the code MODGIVES20. The codes last day of use was 10/19/2025. However, MOD didn't accept the code, only accepted my money, which is semi-bad business in my opinion. Food - Dry ; Service - female worker didn't care about MODGIVES20 cause ; atmosphere - perfect little spot to dine and it's near my fav...
Read moreWe went in last night (Friday) around 6:30pm. They must have had a lot of online or takeout orders, because there was no one in front of us in line, and hardly anyone dining in, but we waited for 10 whole minutes while they made pizza after pizza without acknowledging us at all. We ordered two of the pizzas on their menu and a small salad. All the ingredients were wilted and looked old. The pizza crust is clearly pre-made and doesn't puff up in the oven the way you'd expect from a wood fired pizza oven. They skimped on toppings. For a place that charges over $11 per pizza and has a 4.5 star rating, I was super disappointed. I know a lot of this is not the fault of the employees, other than the service we received which was less than stellar. This is the first and last time we will eat here, and we felt...
