Bought two bunch of mango leaves for puja for $2 each, came back to return within a day because they were not applicable to use on puja because they were not fresh. Worst experience i had in my whole life to return a $4 item. I was only asking for a credit towards another purchase but the person behind the counter claiming to be manager needs a serious training on retail customer service. customer service is non existent. I’m out of words how can a business is willing to lose a customer because the customer doesn’t have a receipt, wow.
04/10/2025: Well if it’s your policy to not accept a return on perishable goods, then why not tell me upfront and waste my time making me search for a receipt in the car? Your so called manager asked for a receipt, i went out and searched for it in the car, couldn’t find there. So, even if i went home and came back with the receipt you wouldn’t have accepted a return, and would’ve wasted my time. Your store policy is fine, your attitude is not. Your way of treating customers is not. Not everything in life is black and white. You have to sometimes act differently based on situations. Every person deserves to be heard with dignity. Defending your wrong decisions/ actions won’t get you any far. With this attitude, good luck being in business for long. Read moreI ran into this unassuming restaurant when I found the adjoining Indian grocery store. The store has good products and fair prices, especially on common items like paneer. I read amazing reviews on the restaurant so we tried IBB on a busy Saturday evening. We have a family of five, including children, and usually seek a flavorful Indian food experience without extreme heat. Our food came out quickly and as soon as the restaurant could make it. Every time I went to the counter, the staff smiled and were so kind and polite. We tried dosas, idli, sugar cane juice, Irani chai and a little North Indian food. Everything we tried was fresh, with amazing flavor and no extreme heat. The accompanying sambar was spicy for my kids, but I enjoyed it. I usually don't enjoy sambar, but all the rest I've tried have been too spicy and too watered down. The most impressive part of this experience actually came when the restaurant made a mistake on our order. They owned up to the mistake, apologized a million times, made it right and increased their fantastic customer service! I have honestly never had that kind of food and service experience together. Other restaurants in this area can learn from this establishment what value is brought when you double down on excellent customer service leading to stellar reviews and more future business. Read moreI have been eating at this place for about 5-6months now and i admit that their foods is delicious than most Indian foods nearby, but I give 3 stars is because I am having the same issues with those people who left them 1 stars or 2 stars reviews. I have encountered where food items were missing, a food that were not fresh and clearly dry and harden I feels as if the kitchen reuse the leftover from their weekend combo meal and reheat it for us to eat I can immediately taste the difference because the food is HARD!, I have also encountered a weekend girl staff that denied you a refund when asked and those refund request I asked after less than 1 mins that I placed the order and those were desserts in the front, the wait time is long when it’s busy, and foods taste isn’t the same consistency every time you ordered, also this restaurants does not have a restroom. I have been in and out of their restaurant so many times ordering their foods probably 10-15 times now that I know how they operate and how they are and how the person who look like the manager are. I do think that their front customers services need to be improved! They need to be more nicer, If you have good foods and not good customer services than no one is going to come in.
