I came to this store randomly because I was specifically looking for the Retro sours (altoid sour dupes) that's sold out a couple months ago online. I happen to be in the area visiting the Mattel Store in San Bernardino so it was cool that something else was on the way back to Orange county. They answered the phone and they were able to tell me that they did have the items in stock. It's located in Victoria Gardens Rancho Cucamonga and kind of hard to find if you've never been there. Parking is a little bit difficult, but it kind of reminds me of an outdoor mall similar to ones like the block of orange. If you've ever been to a regular mall, the store is set up pretty colorfully and it reminds me of the candy store called Sweet Factory. There's a ton of different bulk candies that are available. I'm sure if you came in as a kid or brought your kids, they would be pretty excited! There was only one worker but she was really nice and considering the time that I went I was happy that I didn't have any crowds...

Lazy unhelpful employees. If you accidentally scoop to much in bag have to keep. Which is costly. My grandchild did that with chocolate rocks..It cost my daughter over 50$ for little over 3 pounds candy from bin. Much of especially the gummies are stale..I asked employee why chocolate discolored..she said air got to it. Lol right then why other chocolate normal.Told employee about granddaughter scooping to much said we have to throw away. My daughter should of told her ok toss it.. I wont give this place anymore business. Save your money...unless hard up for expensive...
Read moreI really like buying candy at It’s Sugar, but I saw a kid putting their (possibly dirty) hands in the candy containers. I spoke to the sales associate. She asked me to show her which container and she would throw it away. This might be cute to some, but the reality is that some children may have diseases like RSV, strep, flu, and even meningitis. There should be signs or stickers in the store to at least try to help prevent. A small sticker with a red X over hands near the candy areas would be better than nothing. Having someone monitor the kids closer would also be helpful. If I do go back, it will be after the flu season and I will have to pick candy that is wrapped or outside the reach of...
