Kung Fu Tea — Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga

I visited this place yesterday (08.30.20) and when I got there, there was only one person ahead of me. I ordered three drinks, and my order number was 92... The gentleman who helped me was very nice and I tipped the jar a dollar and whatever change was leftover, so far so good. As I waited more and more people kept coming and ordering, by then my wait time was about 5 minutes (which I wasn't upset about because I understand sometimes things take a while). The guy who had ordered ahead received his drinks and left, so I figured my number would be called soon. Instead, the two ladies who ordered after me, #93 was called. I figured okay, they only ordered two drinks, mine should be up soon after. Instead I wait another few minutes, and then they call out order #95. I was seriously really frustrated by this point, because not only had I been waiting over ten minutes by this time, people who had ordered long after me were being called up. I went to the pick up counter top all about my order, and the girl who had been calling out numbers told me there were a lot of drinks in que and that they were making them as they received them. I pointed out to her that my order number was both before 93 and 95 and showed her my receipt. By this time the man who had order 95 was also frustrated (I'm sure mostly with me), because he had to wait while my issue was resolved. The girl asked to see my receipt again to see what drinks I had ordered, to which she then replied that they were ready but had not been called out. She moves my drinks towards me, but offered no bag even though everyone else was receiving a bag who had more than two drinks. So I asked her for a bag, and she looks at me like I'm asking so much of her and taking up all her time. She finally gets my order together and finally apologizes (IMHO half assedly). I was tempted to ask for the money I had tipped back from them, but in that moment I just wanted to leave. I will never purchase from this place ever again! I know it was one girl, but her service was so off-putting, she has seriously left a bad taste and that is what I'll associate...

Usually we come to this location without a problem. Today, 10/11/2021 we came after Kbbq like we usually do. I ordered a yogurt green tea and a coconut milk tea.

Upon arrival we ask the girl at the counter if there was any new seasonal drinks available and her response was “I don’t know…” …..huh? I mean I guess if you’re new and aren’t familiar with your menu yet but I don’t think that’s a appropriate response to say out loud to a customer. She then proceeds to look on the screen and listed a few items with coconut being one of the new items. We asked what was in the coconut drink since she just said coconut and she said that it was a slushie, so we said okay can we get that. She then looked at her screen and then said “hold on” looked at her coworkers and asked if they had that drink. The coworker starts laughing and said “we don’t have that” and then they all started giggling amongst each other… after that she then proceeded to look at her screen, looked up and said “we don’t have that”…. We ended up ordering the coconut milk tea and the yogurt green tea no toppings.

After drinking more than half the yogurt green tea on my way home I noticed something in my drink. I didn’t have any toppings in my drink so I don’t know what it could be. It doesn’t look like boba or any of their toppings? It looks gross.

The female worker working saturdays is on her phone texting , then when we were ordering she just goes up and tells us were out of black tea and we were just like okey , like what is that supposed to mean , no where on the drink menu does it say that this drink has black tea or not ... and when the order went through shes like i told you were out of black tea , instead of saying were out of black tea just be like we cannot make the following milk teas. Its our first time here and very horrible impression never coming back here again. And for every customer coming in they just keep saying were out of black tea and they just look at them like whats that supposed to mean and the other people order. And the workers just keep repeating we are out of black tea instead of saying we cannot make these certain drinks , both workers on shift are just making things harder on themselves by repeating the same "we're out of black tea" over and over instead of trying out , ohh we cannot make the...
