Good prices clean store but gave them 3 stars because the young kids running the store have little to no customer service skills. I needed help getting 33 of the same item and I approached 2 associates who were talking about some ps5 counsol I kindly excused my self for interrupting their conversation to which 1 associate asked me to wait and hold up, that was rude, I said ok and the conversation was about ps5 that I don't believe they sell there not kidding 5 minutes later i was finally helped. Patience is a virtue but to wait 5 minutes for a conversation that had nothing to do with the store is unacceptable. I only stayed because my wife insisted and my queen rules my house otherwise I wouldn't have given them my business at this...

I never heard of Five Below until a week or so ago. My grandson wanted a mouse to use with his new laptop so I told him we would go to the 99 cent store to get one. They only had one in stock and the packaging was all torn up on it so I told him we would go some where else to buy it because we don't know if it's even in working order. We walked out of The 99 Cent Store and just a couple stores down was Five Below. My grandson started saying all kinds of nice things about this store so we went inside. I found my new forever discount store as soon as I walked in Five Below. Everyone that we talked to that works here were all very nice and eager to help you with everything you need. Love, love,...

Its my go to for doggie doo bags. On my last visit I received some excellent customer service. Alexis helped me to get a discount on my most recent purchase. The box the bags came it looked to have been opened and might not have had all 28 bags in the box. I asked if Alexis might see if I could a discount. I was going purchase regardless and I said so. Alexis called for the manager. Salma (spelling?) Came over and Alexis explained the situation. Salma then approved a 33% discount for me. It happend on the fly and it was the kind of thoughtful customer service that differentiates quality employees and organizations. I'll be back for more poop...er...doo...
