DO NOT EAT HERE. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews first and that's my fault. Came to try this place out as ive driven past it several times. Had questions on some of the menu items the dolmades and spanakopita. The cashier said dolmades was a bread that was crunchy like a chip and that spanakopita was a sauce. That should have been my first sign to leave. We finished ordering our food and sat down. About 10 minutes later our food came out. We ordered the Falafel plate with fries and when I tell you I've have never seen such old wrinkly fries, worst than what you get at a drive thru. I asked if the fries were fresh and the cashier said yes. I asked if they can remake mine and while we waited we took a few bites of the rest of our food. Everything was barely warm and we were really confused because the food just came out. Something just tasted off and we stopped eating. They brought out the new set of fries and we sat there just confused as they why the food tasted so odd. The other person I was with took a few more bites and I made the decision that I just could not continue eating the food because it was so bad. I went up to the register and let them know our concerns and that we'd like a refund. The cashier stepped to the back and then a few moments later a woman came from the back, stared at us and then walked to our plates to see how much we had eaten which was a few bites. They only refunded $40 out of the $47 spent and when I asked why it was not the full amount they could not give me an answer. The person I came with ended up not feeling well for the rest of the day and had to make multiple trips to the restroom from only a few bites of food. Do not bother saying you will forward this to your management because as the looks of these reviews nothing...
Read moreFirst time coming here with my family and last time. You walk in, and the place is very silent and empty. When we approached the registered, I right away noticed that the pastry /soda counter shelf was empty(low/out of stock). I overlooked the kitchen and saw the Gyro, and I had a weird feeling about it. I almost told my husband to leave the restaurant, but we like to try new places. So we gave it a chance. It was a waste of 50$.
When you place a title of "the great Greek Mediterranean food," I'm expecting flavorful fresh quality food. Your name definitely does NOT reflect that.
First and foremost, the food quality is very poor. For example, the chicken fingers were hard to eat. My 4-year-old struggle to bite them. Side note the server Bruce said we might "be out of stock on the chiken fingers." he went to the kitchen to check and stated that there was only "one serving. " I felt bad I was feeding my child this that I actually told him not to continue to eat it.
The rice seemed old, and it tasted like it was microwaved heated. I was feeding it to my 7 month old baby, and then I didn't feel comfortable giving it him because when I tried, it did not feel fresh.
The Gyro was very oily. The feta fries were burnt, and they lacked flavor. The cheese was dry, and the feta cheese was not fresh. It seemed like something was missing(possibly a sauce.. i dont know)
Also, they provided us with to go utensils and no napkins available in the restaurant. The soft drink area was low stock.
Overall, store owner, invest more in quality food /ingredients because a silent kitchen is never the sound you want to hear.

Read moreI recently visited The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill in Rancho Cucamonga for lunch and had mixed feelings about the experience. When we walked in, the restaurant was mostly empty, with only two other people seated. Unfortunately, several tables hadn’t been cleaned, and the self-serve fountain drink station was not in the best condition—both a bit dirty and missing multiple soft drink options. It definitely put a damper on the initial impression, especially since I had high hopes for this place.
Despite the lackluster environment, the cashier, who seemed to be running the front solo, managed things fairly well given the limited crowd. We placed our order and found a clean table to sit at. It took a bit of time for our food to come out, which at first added to our concerns, but when the food finally arrived, we were pleasantly surprised. The Gyro and Feta Fries looked incredible—and more importantly, they tasted fantastic. The gyro was flavorful and well-seasoned, and the fries were perfectly crisp, topped with just the right amount of feta.
Although the quality of the food helped redeem the visit, the overall experience still left something to be desired. The cleanliness and upkeep of the dining area and drink station definitely need attention. With a little more care put into the atmosphere and faster service, this place could easily become a local favorite. I’d consider coming back for the food alone, but I hope to see improvements next...
