Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Red Oak

My pizzas are always messed up when I get them. Im not the type to try to get something for free, but I really felt the need to call this store 3 different times. I love Domino's pizza and this is the only one that will deliver to me so I'm basically begging them to get their act together so I can get a decent pizza the way I want it. Don't worry about ordering extra sauce or requesting your pizza well done. It won't happen. If u call to complain, they will offer you free pizzas to shut you up, but next time you call they will have no record of it... 3 times I've been promised free pizza and every time I've mentioned it, they have no idea what I'm talking about and that person who made the promise mysteriously never existed. One time my pizza was undercooked, dry, and somehow folded in half in the box. Thanks Mr. Delivery Driver. I always tip very well including that time only to open the box and find a disaster inside after he left. I'll probably try again too. Just rolling the dice every time hoping to get a decent...

We ordered a pizza online, pepperoni and black olives, get the pizza and there was so much toppings and cheese that you literally could not pick it up and eat it without the whole thing falling apart because the crust wasn't cooked all the way due to the mountain of toppings. I usually pay extra for extra cheese, and didn't this time, but this was so much it made me feel sick after 3 bites! We called to complain and a woman answered and kept saying that she was sorry we were having a bad day, she was rude and didn't offer to do anything about the quality and actually hung up on us! We will not be ordering from this location again. They have repeatedly messed up orders, forgot drinks, brought the wrong drinks, brought us burnt pizza and forgot to bring us wings then turned around and brought us the wings we ordered that were then cold due to it sitting...

I stopped eating dominoes about 5 years ago because they messed up my order 97% of the time. I was tired of free pizzas. I wanted to have my order done right. I wrote to corporate and even spoke with multiple owners to no avail.

On a whim for the kids we took advantage of a special. It was great. I was almost attacked next door at the hut style place for complaining about a pizza. The delivery manager stopped me at the door and yelled at me and threatened to fight me. (I have video) we actually picked up the order so why was he upset?

Here was so much different. Better than most dominoes that made me stay away in the first place. Better customer service and fresh off the line pizza.
