Worst experience from an owner ever before in my life. So I have had two horrible experiences at this location now. First time I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The first time was about 1 month ago. I had put in an order for a pick up and they told me 45 mins my order will be done. So I showed up 5 mins early. I wouldn’t mind waiting 5 minutes. But instead. I waited 1 whole hour. 1 whole hour just sitting there waiting while the owner made everyone else’s order before mine. Even people who came in after me to order got their food before me. So I decided to give them a try again today June 10 2020. I called at 4pm. And learning from my past mistake I thought I would call ahead of time to give them time to make my order Incase they are busy. So I called and told them 5:40pm I’ll be there. I showed up 5:40pm on the dot. I Went in and paid first. Turns out my food wasn’t ready yet. I was ok with waiting a bit. I stepped out and came back 20 minutes later. Still. My order wasn’t ready. Turns out they hasn’t even started it till I got there. So I decided to ask for a refund. I told the worker I had called in at 4pm. Instead of getting a I’m sorry or something to explain the delay. This is the owners response. Do not bother us anymore. I was dumbfounded. I felt assaulted. Here I am having my time wasted. Waiting for my food again. while other customers who ordered after me got their food before me again. Horrible customer service!!! Worst owner...

First of all I do like their food a lot. We have been here many times before. But tonight was an experience... we got there for dinner and they told us it was a 10 to 15 minute wait. Okay, NP. We waited 40 minutes. Finally we were seated and were not acknowledged for our order for another 30 minutes. We saw the staff walk by us so many times without even giving us a look. My 1 year old daughter was by this time already getting very impatient. She's usually great at restaurants but because it took so long she was so upset and hungry. We ordered appetizers and rolls. We got our rolls before our appetizers, which was surprising. We had to ask for our appetizers after we finished our rolls. They were busy, but we've seen the place busier and run smoother. By the time we were leaving they weren't too busy and never got a thank you or a bye. My husband refuses to go back. I am a bit sad about it but if our experience is ever like that again I probably would regret giving it...

for starters, service wasn’t terrible however we ordered appetizers and got no extra plates. we ate on napkins and were never checked on after receiving our starters or even our entrees. i got the snow white roll, the flavor was bland but not bad. we ended up leaving these almost $20 rolls to waste after realizing our shrimp was not cleaned. every single piece had thick poop/digestive tracks in them. for a roll that is almost $20, there is absolutely no reason to be fed uncleaned shrimp furthermore, unclean, bland shrimp. when we brought this to our servers attention , we had to call her over because she never once came or our table to check on us and our food. she didn’t really know what to say so she went to let the cooks know, they came back and offered a 25% to 35% discount which was nice but when we received our tab there was only $10 taken off which was not even 20% of it. Mind you, i had only eaten like 2 or 3...
