Jamba — Restaurant in Redding

Both the drive thru and walk up windows are awkward for communicating and receiving orders. It is not customer-friendly in any way when it is raining the little overhang to protect people in their car from getting wet is way too small and way too high, so when I get my drink by opening my window I get soaked by the rain.

This is a location that opened only a few months ago, but you can see where water has leaked through the roof. The staff in this location is not very well trained either. A sense of friendliness is often missing. And I don't know why but there always seems to be some handwritten sign attached to the drive-thru ordering point. One would think such a big company would not have handwritten signs on a piece of paper on...

I ordered 2 bowls $20 got 2 bowls of fruit in bowl full of water what the actual heck did they try to make I don't know but both bowls were completely disgusting tasted like trying to eat bowl of cereal with water instead of milk and I paid for this and the only reason we ate the fruit and threw the rest away was because I paid $20 for it I really should have gone back and asked for a refund I will never pull away from drive thru again without opening bowl first and if it's disgusting I will wait for it to be made properly or get a refund I will not eat that again I feel like I threw $20 away because I did not get what I paid for...

I like that they have a drive thru, but service is lacking. I ordered a drink and asked that no sugar be added. This was actually advertised on the menu. When I got to the window 2 employees were mocking my drink choice loudly because I didn't want sugar and they thought that was weird.
