Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Redding

The staff is very rude to a homeless man yesterday afternoon and later to a homeless woman, they both just asked for a glass of water... But in between the time that the employee threw the young homeless man out and then telling the young homeless girl no that she can't have no water and to leave.... A guy and his girlfriend came in the restaurant and walked straight to the soda machine filled in igloo water jug full of ice and water talk to the employees and then left without paying for the ice or the water... In a little bit later a young black man that was there earlier walks in from outside after being gone for like 15 minutes walks right up to the soda machine fills up both his cups of ice and soda and walked back out and no one said nothing to him either.... I think that the employees that were working at this Carl's Junior on the corner of eureka way and Court Street yesterday afternoon should be fired..... It is hot and all they wanted was some water did you guys ever homeless and had no money these employees were rude very very rude to them... And to literally let someone know come in and fill out their igloo water jug with ice and water and walk out without paying for it , is completely wrong and out of line.... I really like to talk to the corporate franchise that owns that Carl's Junior on the corner of Eureka Way and Court Street in Redding, California.... What makes it okay for their friends to walk in and fill out the igloo water jug with water and ice and not pay for it and the homeless people that were just thirsty and wanted some water were treated very badly..... Those employees fired for their prejudice attitudes towards homeless...

I ordered a Western Bacon Cheese Burger with a Beyond patty. The woman taking my order rung up a Beyond Cheese Burger. When I told her that isn't what I wanted she said, "I'm pretty sure they're almost the same thing". Well, they are ALMOST the same thing but I wanted BBQ, onion rings, and bacon, not ketchup, raw onions, and no bacon. When I told her that, she got snotty and said, "k. Is that it?" I ended up doubling the order for my husband. When I pulled up, she took my card for a really long time and then said the computer was out of receipt paper and shoved my card back in my hand. She was rude handing my things out the window to me and then shut the window before I could ask for napkins or sauce. This location consistently gets my order wrong and has given me beef when I ordered beyond patties for vegan friends, but they aren't usually rude to me in the process,...

Never seen such a trashy disgusting display at a food place before. The person working drive thru with sharpie eyebrows had extremely rude attitude for absolutely NO reason, then her bipolar meds kicked in and she apologized by the time we got to the window. Then decided we should have to wait 25 extra minutes. My husband walked in and witnessed her drop food on the ground and pick it back up to put in my daughter's meal. We just left after that. It's bizzare that this restaurant thinks it's appropriate to staff someone with obviously very serious mental health issues. I tried to get a refund through the company and explain the situation for the sake of public health and no one ever even answered.
