Update-10/01/25 Ordered ahead in the app at 2pm. Latte and Pumpkin donut(it's that season!). When got to DT speaker was they didn't have any pumpkin donuts. Asked if they had any other Fall flavor donuts-apple spice? They didn't have those either. Finally, just asked for Boston Creme. They were out of those too.!!!??!! Very frustrated at this point, so just asked for money back. Friendly lady at DT said couldn't do that since ordered with my gift card. Apparently, I can't get a refund if they're out of product. This makes no sense, because the APP doesn't let us know if they are out of a product. It's Fall, shouldn't I be able to get a pumpkin donut whether it's 10am, 2pm, or 6pm. This situation was ridiculous! Dunkin needs to do better than this. This location just keeps getting worse. It's the only one close, or I'd take my business to another location. I will say...the lady at the window was very friendly and apologetic, though.
Used to be my favorite DD, but the turnover in employees and managers is sadly reflecting what appears to be a lack of caring and conscientious ownership. It's reflective in the service and attitude of the employees.
The service times, courtesy, and accuracy at the drive through, have declined drastically over the past 3 years.
I've been a daily(and sometimes multiple daily) customer of Dunkin Donuts, largely this Telegraph/W Chicago location for the past 7+ years. I'm now recognizing that several of the long-term a.m. employees are no longer working there, sadly.
Please note that this review is reflective of the overall observances I've made considering the various times of visits. That being said, there are times I've had good, friendly, and accurate service from some of the various staff members. I always appreciate that!!
Overall, my concerns are for the random, or occasional customer, as often you only get one chance to make...
Read moreI've been here a couple of times, but always find myself actively avoiding this location because for whatever reason it is always dead. What I mean by that is there are literally never any cars in the parking lot or in the drive thru, and honestly I would just assume it was closed except for the open sign that is always on.
Typically, if you find a place that never really seems to have a regular customer base, there is a good reason for it. I just haven't figured out exactly what that reason is with this place.
I should also note that I've only ever been through the drive thru here, and never inside, so I cannot really speak on anything about how the inside looks or operates.
As previously mentioned, you never really have to worry about a wait here, which to most would be great, but for some reason it just doesn't sit right with me as this particular location is in a very, VERY busy part of town. I don't see any sort of reason why this place wouldn't be as busy as everything else that is located in the same area. I mean there is a Starbucks that sits literally across the street and you'll rarely find yourself not having to wait in a multi-car line there.
What I will say is that the few times that I have been here, the service has been okay, the employees friendly and professional, and you get your order pretty quickly as there are never any other customers you have to wait behind. My Fiancé and I have gotten several different things from here, the few times that we have stopped, and everything has been fine with our drinks and food. I'm still alive, well and able to write this review, so I think you'll probably be fine as well.
When all is said and done, even though I have my reservations about stopping here, I think it would be perfectly fine if you want to pop in here for for a cup of joe on the way to work...
Read moreI scheduled an order for 11:45 as a walk-in. When I got there they were completely out of dounuts (not completely they're fault). They told me they couldnt give me my donuts cause they didnt have them. I told them that was fine and asked if I could get a refund. They said managers are the only ones that can provide refunds, which i imagine is true. I work at a jimmy johns and refunds are done the same way. They then offered me a muffin, i said no thank you and once again asked if they could get the manager so i could have a refund. They said there wasn't a manager in??? Which, i dont know how you open without a manager. They told me to come back tomorrow morning to get the donuts, at that point i would rather just have the manager call me or something. With the two donuts I ordered two coffees. The coffees weren't made right, I added whipped cream to the latte and when we looked at it there was absolutely none. Normally i wouldnt complain about there being no whipped cream but i paid extra for it. I also bought the iced brownie batter coffee, and it didnt have any of the toppings on the whipped cream (sprinkles & chocolate drizzle). And it just tasted ok.
Overall I am very dissatisfied with my order and service I received. It seemed like the two people working there had no clue on how to work there. They kept staring at me blankly when I asked questions and overall didn't really help me. I will not be...
