Nick's Burgers — Restaurant in Redlands

This is a friendly, welcoming, family-run business. Our family comes here all the time, we love the food, the attentiveness, and the friendly attitude. Over the 10+ years we've been coming here, there may have been an occasion or two when the food didn't fully meet our expectations, but I guess any place will have a bad day once in a while, and, by and large, Nick's made us happy so many times - we keep coming back.

As the name implies, burgers are the flagship part of the menu, but be sure to explore the other offerings, there are many, and they are all delicious. Their tuna melt sandwich is absolutely fantastic. Chicken burrito is succulent and flavorful. And the breakfast burritos, mmm. I could go on and on.

Back to the burgers - they can be made on a wheat bun upon request, which is how I prefer mine.

If you go for the fries, be sure to try the house ranch dip, pairs really well with any kind of fries - potatoes...

The chili fries were really good. I have had a lot of dissapointment with chilli, but this one is good. Just be careful they will be hot.

The onion rings were a different story, the breading separated and so the onions were overcooked.

Is it just me or is it a rule that when you order zucchini or onion rings your order should at least come with one serving of ranch????

Imagine my dread when i pulled to the window and asked for it but the lady told me it was extra charge (50 cents), of course like everyone else walking around I don't carry cash so I wasn't able to get it.

So as much as I wanted to enjoy this bag of onion rings, without the ranch, they were lacking.

I know that when I cook I want people to enjoy it, so it is sad that one 50 cent serving of ranch stood in the way of that.

Might come back because their prices are good but i hope they are a little more generous with...

I just went thru drive-thru an ordered a salad, the salad was dry, the lettuce was brown an I didn’t feel like it was a good salad so I politely came back thru drive with the salad basically untouched, I was speaking with Steve who refused to give me my refund back, he did not want to help me in any sort to get my money back, mind you where in a pandemic I don’t got money to be wasting out here, I’m actually doing interview after interview trying to get me a job an he refused to give me back my refund. I orders 2 items an only wanted my refund for one item. I had the worst experience ever in history. Specially during a very cruel pandemic. I would like for someone to call me back in regards to this matter. That gentleman talked to me so rude, he then told me he never wants my buisness again. Very unprofessional. I really would like to speak to someone above this...
