Mistake was made with a drink. No big deal. We were told the male āmanagerā would remake it. We needed to get going to a Dr appointment after my having surgery and patiently waited for a bit for the remade drink and what transpired when we eventually asked about the drink being remade while watching the manager not do a thing was pretty shocking and very condescending. Really need an attitude check with two workers here. We did not deserve to be treated the way we were when asking about our remade drink. It went from zero to 50 very quickly with these two. Iāve never experienced such poor customer service at any other Starbucks before. Really shocking.
To the female cashierā¦yes..a little patience DOES go a long way. Remember that young one. You certainly could have used a little patience and not been so condescending and snarky towards me. Maybe not take the fall for your manager in the future and fight his battles for him. We were speaking to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI come to this Starbucks a lot and itās hit or miss honestly. Sometimes youāll wait a super long time and other times youāre in and out. I waited 30 minutes today for 2 very simple drinks. An iced grande PSL with oatmilk and a Caramel Macchiato with an extra shot. As I waited, I watched orders bigger than mine come and go before me. I know some were mobile orders but there were people who came in AFTER me and got their completed order 10 minutes before I did. Even when I got my order, I got the PSL first and then had to wait again to even get my second drink. I will not be coming back to this location again. Iām always very patient when I go there but enough is enough. Something needs to change at this location because service is not consistent. The only positive thing about this trip this time was the lady who took my order was very nice and probably the only one who reminded me to get my stars since I...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy personal experience and observations at this location is that it's often understaffed and the service is inconsistent. There is little to no outside seating and getting in and out of the store can be a hazard due to having to cross the drive-thru traffic lane exit to reach the front door. The barista on my last visit didn't follow standard Starbucks protocol and never even asked me if I wanted my receipt. It took 30 minutes to get one pour-over coffee when the store was moderately busy in the late afternoon. If you want good service you are better off using their drive-thru window as they have more staff handling the drive-thru orders than inside the store. This despite serving more customers at the in-store counter than could possibly pass through the drive-thru in the same amount of time. My least favorite Starbucks in Redlands and...
