Food has gotten better but my experience tonight reminds me why I drive out of the way to other locations. They cater to rude and disruptive customers at the price of the rest of the customers. They got our drinks completely wrong. When I went inside to exchange them I was i heard them say "get the pitcher" they proceed to pull out a water pitcher telling us to dump our drinks into it and used that same pitcher to refill our drinks. I was so shocked by this process I can't confirm if they cleaned the pitcher in between us dumping our drinks and them refilling them. Ok, first of all, people need to be careful when they give their debit cards to these people at these locations, so yesterday 8/9/2024 at 450pm ish I went to order food, gave my card to the guy at the window, he took hella long to give it back, got my food, it was great customer service was good, the food was good later that night, around 8:30, PM on getting a call in a message from the bank stating that someone was trying to use my debit card and making charges on there made about 9 charges of 9 dollars and 70 cents on my debit card in the only place I had used that Debit card was wienerschnitzel's the guy stole my card info and went at it be careful this is a warning ppl...
