Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Redlands

Just absolutely horrible. Did drive through and ordered 5 kids combo because they awarded a free kids meal for each of my children at their summer bible camp. Loveland church to be exact. The person taking the orders explained to us we could only do 3 at a time and that we could drive back around to get the other 2. When we got to the window for our food my husband asked the girl if we could do all five and she said we could do a second transaction. A tall skinny guy with blue dark blue shirt "lead, manager, supervisor " one of them very rudely said no. I then asked if I park the car and go inside can I get the other two he said "no". I have 6 children 12, 6, 5, 4, and 1. Now 3 of them have to not eat because he did not want to cash thise awards my kids earned? When the order was taken they asked for my husband's name. I could've gotten out the car and gone inside and said my name and say he was my cousin. But I'd rather write a review amd just never go back there again. Or I could've bought them and paid but I would not give...

San bernardino location is better than here the Costumer service was horrible chicken was dry I'm so disappointed I used to work for raising canes and that company strives on fresh food and not good but great costumer service. Please do better not one employee was wearing a name tag and it was dirty trash over filled. Food was dry. Won't be returning to this location. The food is great & my husband & I always bring our 4 kids but today we walked in & my youngest had to use the restroom, we were greeted by a young girl & we let her know that we were waiting for my little one. Right away a lady started to yell at the young girl to do something & not just stand around. That bothered me so bad because my son works in the fast food industry as well & gets mistreated by customers some times but never by the higher ups. I walked up to the manager & let her know that I didn't like how the lady in all black spoke to the young girl especially in front of customers. I also told the girl she was doing a great job & I'm sorry that she had to deal with that. Remember, without your employees, the business won't run well. If the food is good is one thing but if your employees aren't happy at work, that will bleed into their work. Take care of...
