2 weekends in a row this Redlands location on Redlands blvd tries to act like they are closed making customers wait out side an hour after the store has been opened but tries to make the store look closed and keeps the doors locked staff horrible unprofessional and blocks you from coming inside a business that should be open it’s always on the weekend there doing foolishness nd try to see how long they can keep the doors closed to not have to work then employee refused to make sandwhiches after she blocks the entrance from letting customers in we t to 1619 w Lugonia store and Lizzy was great professional had the store open and running for business the staff at Redlands blvd is horrible unprofessional doesn’t have store open even an hour after opening it always something with this location due to the employees never wanting to just do there Job instead spend there time playing games seeing what they can do to make the store looked closed to not have to work and detour customers I witnessed another customer waiting outside and she kept the doors locked having him wait outside while she made the sandwhich es and then came to unlock the doors to hand him his sandwhiches and then blocked the door from us to walk into and then refused to make sandwhiches asked for manager...

Until about 2 day's ago in the early afternoon. I walked in to this subway restaurant and told this beautiful girl behind the counter, that i couldn't decide on what sub to get. She replied, suggesting a turkey bacon avocado wrap. I said nooo, if i wanted a burrito then I'll go else where. She said you won't know if you like it till you try it, you'll definitely like how I'll make it for you. I said let's do it, but if i don't like it I'm putting a bad review. She said there's the challenge, you'll love it. I don't get my subs with any sauces at all. I seeing her slap some ranch and some type of mild sauce. I said to her, there it is that's where you messed up. SHE SAID OH STOP IT YOUR GONNA LOVE IT.

Read moreAnother day, another work lunch wasted. Ive heard every excuse in the book from we close early sometimes all the way down to "we're out of bread". This subway location continues to close earlier then the times posted and its always random, never consistent. This time my online order goes through. Confirmation number and money withdrawn from my account. I order right before I clock out for lunch so it will be ready when I get there. They wait more then 15minutes after ive already sent in my order and ive just arrived, to call me and say they were closing early and that the order came in when they already started putting stuff away. So now I didnt get my lunch for work, didnt have enough time to get something else cause my lunch is only 30min and I couldn't get anything else anyways because now I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for my $30+ dollars to be refunded to my account. Thanks for the hunger issues for the rest of my shift at work Subway. I totally enjoy going 12 hours...
