A couple days ago, a very kind and beautiful woman parks in the Leavenworth District of San Francisco and starts handing out boxes and boxes of donuts to the homeless and poor residents here, causing a commotion where people are literally running in a certain direction that I chose to follow. I was fortunate to have gotten there in the nick of time and even handed a few of my own to individuals who had just missed out. I wanted to thank you on everyone's behalf for not only the wonderfully tasty donuts but kindness and generosity on your actions, for time is ultimately the most valuable thing. Time that you and others had taken to make them and drive all the way here, during the worst time of day lol, and hand them out. Sundays were the worst because we would wake up around 5am to fold and put rubberbands around the papers before delivering them. Read moreFirst time at shop on Monday July 7 at 5:40 am. Figured I’d stop and try their donuts bout 4 donuts 1 plane old fashion, 2 chocolate glaze, and 1 plane glazed. Went to pay and was told $11.00 dollars for 4 donuts. I was taking out my card when the guy said only cash and Venmo. Had to go get some change out of my car. Once I left took a bite of the old fashion. I spit it out on a napkin, it tasted very greasy and old. My wife took a bite of her chocolate glaze and did the same stating it was awful. I guess they might not be putting out their fresh and selling yesterday’s product instead. Donuts not very good and the price is high for a donut. Won’t be back and I don’t recommend this place should have gone up the street to Dunkin’...
