I came here on my graduation weekend with my parents as it was close by the hotel where they stayed, and I really wish I took them to some other place I tried before cause it was a very disappointing experience unfortunately.
We ordered lentil soup and laban Ayran which were decent. We also ordered lahmacun which barely had any lahm (meat) on it, it was mainly the tomato sauce with less than a hint of meat, but nevertheless was almost eaten entirely cause we were hungry and the main dishes were very disappointing. For the main dishes, we ordered chicken gyro plate and Lamb kabob plate which were inedible. The chicken had a very bad smell and taste, we couldnāt even touch the plate after the first tiny bite. It does not seem to be cleaned at all prior to cooking, and not spiced nor cooked properly. The lamb kabob was also improperly spiced and cooked, but the main problem with it was that it was VERY HARD to chew. The meat source seems to be of a poor quality.
The food was half of our problem with this place, the poor service was the other half. First you come in and you donāt get welcomed, you look for someone to ask, to tell you that you can set wherever and use your phone to browse the menu, make the order, AND pay the bill WITH TIPS all prior to eating. So far, we felt neutral. However later as we were served the food, there was no one to check on us or what we needed, if we needed an extra spoon or more pieces of lemon we had to wait for when they bring the next dish to ask, or go walk and look for a waiter to help. The worst part however was when we were almost ready to leave and asked for a to-go box for the lahmacun, and told the waiter about the untouched inedible chicken plate. We werenāt even waiting for any refund or reconciliation effort, a kind smile and maybe a āsorryā about the unpleasant lunch experience would have been satisfactory. But what we got instead was a cringe and a walk away. No words were spoken. To top it off, he reached out to another waiter, pointed at our table and sarcastically laughed while telling him about our complain. The other waiter looks at us, and goes to join all the other waiters who were, all at once, having lunch at a nearby table and underserving the other...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve been coming here for many years with friends and family. Iāve come during the day but mostly at night! The atmosphere is always very lively, although it can get too loud or the music can be skewed towards a specific audience but itās ok. Service is always impeccable. Staff is always on point, quick on their feet, and fast overall service from when the food comes out to changing the coals on the shisha bowls.
Food is always so so delicious, never disappoints. And they have a range of meals from soups and salads to keep it on the lighter side, to pide and plates and wraps to keep it on the heartier/meatier side. I have a lot of expectations on taste, and Iām very big on flavor so these are my recommendations based on what Iāve had: Appetizers - all are pretty dang good, except for shakshouka and spanapokita which I havenāt had so I canāt say how it is. Soups - both fire Kids Plate - great option if youāre not too hungry Salads - all of them are great. My personal faves are pasha, Greek, fattoush, Caesar (in order) always add either chicken or lamb/beef gyro Wraps - all fire. It can get kind of soft or mushy, thatās the only issue House Plates - all fire, my fav is lamb/beef gyro Specialties - I havenāt had these tbh lol but Iāve heard good things about Pide - all great, my fav is beef pepperoni Dessert - baklava and kunafe are delicious Iām always drinking their tea, their latte/cappuccino/espresso drinks arenāt great, but their Turkish coffee is solid 7/10 (compared to Turkish coffee Iāve had in turkey)
Hookah - itās a bit pricey here tbh but with the vibe and atmosphere, I can understand why. They charge a couple dollars for a refillable hose so totally is $40. If you want similar experience, def try their Fremont location! They have the same service and hookah and some of the same food items.
Overall itās a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVery very bad costumer service from Nihad, he is not professional and he doesnāt know how to talk to costumer (rude person). I started going to Pasha since they opened, they had good customer service but after the place start getting busy their customer service start getting worse and worse, and as much as we understand the frustration on the busy time in every job but with pasha went beyond that, some not all of their employees become careless, sloppy and even rude. Anyone go to pasha knows how busy on Saturday and you have to be on the wait list to sit, thatās all alright but the bad part that they have terrible manger or employee who is sitting the customers. I invited my friend with her boyfriend on Saturday, we went early to find table and it was half of the tables empty, the manager Nihad want us to sit on 2 persons table behind the palm tree and we were 3 persons, I asked him to provide another table because we want to eat and the table will not fit the plates, also it is cold in that area and we want to be under the roof. Nihad refused saying this is what available, even I count for him that other 7 tables available, he said no sit there or leave. I told him that in any restaurant they ask where you like to sit and if you ask to change the table, they will do it for you, why you donāt And there is another tables available too, he replied with louder voice saying listen it is Saturday sit there or leave. I took my friends and left. Last year the employee they had, he was taking names and phone number to call you when there is table available and he supposed follow the list in order but actually he was not following the order, he was providing table to his friends or to girls first even if there were in the end of the list. I sent many of my friends or co worker there before but now I donāt...
