McDonald's — Restaurant in Reno

On 9/14/23, around 4:50 pm, I was waiting for my flight- I decided on McDonald’s for my meal.

While I was waiting for my food, I saw and heard a McDonald's employee, a lady with short dark hair with a gapped tooth and with tattoos on both her arms, one with the word “Chicago “ and a letter “R” with a date under it.

She rudely told a man (who was sitting at a table with his children) to move to a different area of the lobby. I was still waiting for my food when I heard her speaking badly about the guy.
She was being extremely loud, rude and vulgar, even to her coworkers. Everyone within earshot heard and witnessed her abusive behavior.

We are paying customers. This should not be the experience at a family restaurant. She had no regard for the man and his children. 9/21/23 around 4:38pm 
I came back from my business trip, I stopped to get a meal and I saw the same lady with the tattoos was still treating costumers and co-workers the same way.

I don’t often write a complaint, but after witnessing this again, I have to say something about it. No one deserves to be treated this way. 

From what I can see, this person always serves customers abruptly and doesn’t give any direct eye contact, doesn’t hand you the food, she practically throws it at you.

When paying for the order, she aggressively slams shut the cash register.

I did hear an older woman in the restaurant call her by the name “Kimberly“. I’m assuming that’s her name.

To the Management at this location, do something! This type of behavior should not be tolerated. This is not a good image or representation for any restaurant, especially a McDonald’s...

Don't even bother, these employees are lazy and disgusting. 3 of them standing there looking at me and not one comes to take my order when I walk up. They are complaining about another employee who they apparently don't like and wished for them to get sick and never come back.... yeah, I heard the conversation, They one kids finally takes my order and soon as I said #3 he gave me a total and didn't even let me finish..so I told him and he seemed bothered to have to touch the screen on the computer...and nobody started making the order (one body else waiting ) but the kids thay took my order pushed trash down Into the trash can and then without washing his hands processed to get my fries...which I called him out and requested the meal be remade. He had a fit over it. Absolutely disgusting. Place, i requested a refund and I was given a phone number to call and get it. Not only am I called them. I'm calling the health department.

Just had the pleasure of trying to get food for my Son at this McDonald’s before a late flight. There were about 3 families waiting in line. The Lady in front of me was having problems with ordering because the employee kept telling her they didn’t have what she was ordering. Finally she said you can only order Quarter pounder. Then she announces they were closed at 8:50 PM. I let her know it’s 8:50pm and They close at 9. I tried to order chicken nuggets and they said they were out, as they cook in the back was pulling chicken nuggets out of the fryer. I ordered a quarter pounder meal and a cheese burger meal they had closed the drink station so they refused to give me a drink. That Was the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life… I mean I know it’s McDonald’s but goodness. Oh and the lady behind my was pregnant trying to just get whatever they hAd left and the women refused to help her. This place needs some kind of management on...
