Port of Subs — Restaurant in Reno

I wanted to share my experience with this store located in circus circus, i have been to several porta subs in the past but this one is amazing, the food and service is fantastic, i got to meet the manager i believe her name is Rhonda she was out on the line helping her crew she took my order and we got to talking for a few minutes, i remember i was having a pretty rough day and in those few minutes she had me laughing and walking away feeling so much better, I highly recommend this store the customer service and food is above and beyond a 5 star rating, to bad there's not more place like this around.will definitely keep...

The 1st time was great. 2nd time great also but, the 3rd time I had issues. There was a different staff. I asked for my roll not to be cut all the way through just like the last 2 visits. When the sub reached the toppings it took 2 people to destroy my sub. They actually tore the roll in half after it was already cut. They didn't understand when I asked for mayonnaise to be put on both sides of the roll instead they put mayo on top of the meat, cheese & tomato. The manager Martin on duty came to the rescue. I have been going to port of subs for the past 15+ yrs. But after my few trips to this establishment I will only go to this one. Not only am I greeted with an outstanding customer service experience, where I am remember and greeted with a smile. The quality of food of food is amazing as well as I feel like I am getting the right portion of food. Alyssa Rhonda and Martian have amazing employees and a asset to your team. Not only have u retained a customer but I am always referring people to come there. Thank you guys for all ur hard work...
