If I could give this place 0 stars, I WOULD!!! Our family had the WORST experience we have ever had trying to dine in at a restaurant. We were a larger group with many little ones. My auntie had ordered for her whole family and asked the person taking her order if her kids could have a seat at an open table. The lady said that would be fine. When we got there to order our kids sat with their kids while we got in line to order. When and older man that seemed to be cleaning tables and SMELLED LIKE ALCOHOL proceeded to ask me where I was sitting while I was in line. I let him know we were with the party that was waiting for their order. Which he then stated that we were not allowed to sit down until we had an order number. I was literally STANDING in line while this man is telling me I canât sit yet. I continued to make line. And he then went up to our other family members that were a couple of people in front of us in line. And asked them the same questions. They were literally next to order and he told them there wasnât any where for them to sit so they might as well not order. This man continued saying they had a âsystemâ of how they arrange people to sit & they literally tell you where to sit and they could sit you with other strangers. This man was definitely on a power trip because he then decided to go tell my auntie that HER KIDS whom she ordered for food and was waiting for it with a number had to stand up and leave because they hadnât pay for food! They ended up asking for a refund on their food but weâre not given a refund for the drinks that they did not consume. There was literally NO people ahead of us in line, so Iâm completely lost on WHO this man was saving seats for on the table where my other family were sitting! Just a little advise for these HORRIBLE business practices! Instead of trying to dictate where people sit they should LIMIT THE TIME PEOPLE ARE SITTING! There was a group sitting at the table behind where we were going to sit that finished eating for a long & weâre just taking up space. I totally understand what their wanna be system is BUT there was NO PEOPLE AHEAD OF US THAT NEEDED THE SPACE TO SIT DOWN! Beware of this place! You canât sit until you order & pay! AND they will tell you where to sit and even separate you and put you...
Read moreMy husband is wheelchair bound. This was his first outing after having his legs amputated. I sat with him at a table while our friends stood in line to order our food. We were approached by an employee letting us know that we were not allowed to sit down prior to ordering our food. We explained to her why we sat down, and she kept repeating herself by saying, "It doesn't seem like you understand." (We speak flunetly in spanish so we understood perfectly well). By this time, several customers were looking and wondering why she was being so rude. There were other tables available, sobwe werent interfearing with business. We ended up all leaving to eat elsewhere. This doesn't seem to be the type of restaurant that is accessible for customers who are in...
Read moreIt's a taco shop with super tasty grub. My go to when I'm craving authentic Mexican food. Los Gallos has the usual taco shop environment. Order at the counter, pick your seat and they will bring you your food. As for the food, my favorite is the fish tacos. These aren't battered and fried. The fish is maybe sautéed in a sauce (not sure.. cooking isn't my jam) however it's prepared, they are scrumptious and hearty. Pastor, carnitas, asada, and pollo tacos are good also. And the tortas are on point. Downtown style parking. Circus circus garage across the street or metered spots are around the corner. To go is an option but eating in house is the way...
