Wendy's on 5th Street in Reno, NV
Waited in drive thru line for at least 10-15 minutes. Woman at window handed our drinks to us while looking elsewhere inside and quickly walked away. We tried to ask for a drink carrier a few times but she kept walking away. She handed us our credit card and receipt through a mostly closed window - bending her arm around the window as to not open it, like she was full on avoiding us. She then brought our two frosties and we still never received a drink carrier so we are juggling several cups at this point and she rolled her eyes when we asked again for a drink carrier. When she finally brought our food, she again reached her arm around a mostly closed window, as if she was avoiding us. I could maybe understand that she was cold or something if it weren't for the rude facial expressions & eye rolling. Is this really the person that Wendy's wants representing the company to its customers?! Treating us PAYING customers as if we are less-than or dirty, or as if our money isn't...
Read moreI recently visited the Wendy's on West 5th Street in Reno, Nevada, and unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of disappointing. After two separate visits, I can confidently say that this location is the worst.
During both visits, I specifically requested freshly made food, a request that went unheard. Instead, I received items that were clearly not fresh and did not meet the standards I expect from Wendy's. It's disheartening to feel ignored as a customer, especially when you are looking forward to a satisfying meal.
To make matters worse, I attempted to call the number on my receipt to address my concerns, but my call was forwarded to a personal cell phone, rather than the restaurant itself. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable.
I believe that all the employees and supervisors at this location need to be held accountable for the poor service and quality I encountered. I am truly disappointed to have wasted my money here, and I hope management takes action to improve the experience for...
Read moreHorrible service I had gotten a wrong order and the general manager when I call very nicely offered me my refund and to replace food I go 3 hrs later the person in charge comes to the window giving me dirty looks saying that he's only giving me half of the refund and 1 fry when I didn't even eat gave the food back and everything with the reciet because the wrong order was too bad to even eat and he told me I'm lieing that his manager would not say that being very rude and got nothing back no money or food a second time in a dayi asked him to call his manager and confirm and he refused and stood at the windows talking only in spanish to all the employees making me wait not knowing what's going on while getting the dirty looks and I call the customer line had to wait a whole hr in the parking lot just for them to say they will have someone reach out to me so again no food and waiting for a correction of my order I feel really disrespected this location obestly does not care about the customers at all...
