I live close by this Wendy's and I'm a regular customer. I've been coming here for a few years now and I can't remember, not even 1 visit, when an employee was friendly to me. For a very long time there was a guy working the window, and he was a total jerk, but was a very fast hard worker and never once messed up my order or forgot anything.. idk if he works there anymore bc I haven't seen him in forever. Today a young woman was working the window. I had a mobile order and 2 cars were infront of me. So I waited behind these cars for like 5mins and when I got to the window, she looks at me and expresses frustration. The window was closed but she made a gesture with her hands/arms that wld indicate frustration, rolled her eyes, and walked away without saying a word to me. I sat there for another 5mins and she opened the window and said "have a nice day" while at the same time, in a very hurried movement, she gave me both my bags and closed the window. There were no cars behind me so I'm not sure why she was going so fast that she was rude. I checked my bags before I left and I thought I had everything. When I get back to my apartment, my husband immediately leaves to go to work and I have no car and 2 toddlers. They got my food items correct, but I paid for extra frosting for my cinnabon bites, and I didn't receive it - or any other sauces. It might sound petty to you, but this food is for my kids who are picky and everything has to be split evenly, etc. I wish I didn't even order it now, however I'm not writing this review over 1 forgotten frosting. There has been 1 item missing from my order, for my last 4 visits which have all been in this last week! Everytime I order, I don't hand out the food until I get my kids home.. and that's when I realize something is missing. I weigh out my options bc even tho I live near by, the last thing I want to do is put my kids shoes back on them and get them in their seats and travel back to the store. I am a full time graveyard worker and I get off work at 7am, that's why I go to Wendy's so often - bc I'm so tired I don't want to cook my kids breakfast. So I try calling the store and nobody ever answers the phone, making my only option a 30minute task... I think maybe I should keep my receipt and try talking to somebody on my next visit? However, it appears the lady in drive thru was going so fast that she forgot to give me a receipt. Last time they forgot the order of cinnabon bites, before that it was my baked potato, and I can go on & on. In the last week I have spent atleast $15 to $20 on food that I didn't receive and I am just a cashier myself, I don't have enough $ to keep letting these issues go. So today when they forgot the frosting, that I PAID FOR, it was just the cherry on top of them forgetting something that I paid for on every visit. I usually place mobile orders before 3pm, so every time this happened, it happened on day shift. Sorry for the novel, but I wanted my level of frustration to...
Read moreI'm leaving this horrible review as a dent on the shiny exterior of this establishment. However the food is pretty good and the service has been swell from most all employees except for one I will mention and the atmosphere is usually clean and quiet and as it should be.
The manager or the short Mexican that is often making sandwiches and looking over the metal wall that separates him there from the order register is a piece of work. I let him know that the flag was no longer being lit and that it was a violation of US code to have a US flag up at night without lit. He told me he wasn't going to do anything!!! He told me that he doesn't have to!!!! Guess what???? I sent corporate an email and the next time I visited to check to see if that light was lit, Well I was a little bit early that day!!! And that light was lit that night because when I came in that full remembered who I am and he got that letter back from corporate and he immediately went out there and changed that light bulb right in front of me without ever saying a word!!!!! I gave him a thumbs up at the time because he at least did it. But I shouldn't have to pull strings to get normal operation of business to happen without being a douchebag to me the customer!!!!!!!!!
I hope they fire him because they can honestly do better!!!!!
I'm no longer a customer here and I'm no longer a customer at Northtowne Lane Wendy's because they royally screwed up my order that was going to be eaten after 100 mi trip and because in California they charged extra for the food unlike Nevada. I mean like for a $1.61, I can eat like a king in Nevada But that same option and deal doesn't exist in California without paying almost triple. So as of today I'm no longer Wendy's customer whatsoever and will be giving away my free junior Frosty keychain that cost $3 then this is the third one in a row I have purchased. I'm going to give it away to anybody that can accept your bullcrap!! Cuz it ain't me no more dude!!! I'm done with the messed up orders I'm done with the poor attitude I'm done with the customer last behavior.
I hope you all go home and eat what you've made for yourself but I hope somebody else there made it for you and I hope you're equally as impressed when you open that up and find out that it's not what you ordered!!!!
Don't even think about going and getting a job at the gigafactory Panasonic or Tesla because you don't have what it takes!!!!!
WinCo's hiring stockers!! I think you'll do much better there!!! Just put stuff on the right shelf okay?

Read moreCristina, working the drive thru window, was not only rude, she got our order wrong forgetting an extra order of fries. No apology, no thank you, no nothing. No napkins, no ketchup, no baked potato, no veterans discount and no senior discount. Her attitude was so bad that I had to compose myself because my wife does not approve of me getting angry (even when it is justified like tonight). We are polite and courteous and I would expect the same in return especially from a business that is public relation oriented. If someone is this rude, they shouldn't be at the window. Put her asz in back scrubbing the deep fryer. When we got home, we looked at our fries (see pic). They are medium, but holding the amount of a small. (NO, there was only ONE fry in the bag, they didn't fall out). They were cold and had mostly small pieces in them. This location used to be just awful. It was remodeled and we gave it a try and it had really turned around. We went there often and it stayed good. Nowadays, they NEVER have baked potatoes, and twice we went there at night during business hours, and they had turned of the sign on the street, the dining room and the drive thru menu. Making themselves looked closed so people will drive in and leave. I drove up and asked them to turn on the menu and ordered food. They apologized about the menu and said they forgot to turn it on. When I left, the menu was off again. Who is running this place at night!?!?!? With this kind "service" and quality, I won't give them...
