They have a great selection of chocolates, sweets and fun candy displays. They have been a fixture in the community for decades for a reason, though they used to offer more (like ice cream).
The girl working the front was very friendly and helpful. While she was serving us, an older man came out from the back and told her to go clean up somewhere. So, I took it that he was her manager. A manager that doesn't understand the service business, I suppose, as he neither greeted us, nor acknowledged that she was in the middle of assisting a customer (and actually selling something!). Read moreI have been going to Florence's since I was just a kid on my BMX bike. My parents have given these chocolates as gifts and have never had a dissatisfied friend (and many of them began ordering online). I have sampled most of their milk chocolate creations. My favorite ones are the cremes and my favorite cream is the maple nut. I will say this, if you can't tell the difference between these chocolates and sees or if the price is too much for you, perhaps your palate would be better suited to a Hershey bar.

I consider myself a chocolate snob, and after tasting several competitive chocolate companies in Utah and Idaho, I'm so thrilled to have found Florence's. I especially love the Michelles, and the handroll pecan or almonds chocolates with the Penuche centers. It makes my mouth water just thinking about them. The crushed malted milk chocolate is divine, along with the chocolate covered cherries. I no longer live in the States but in the land of Chocolate, and have not found a store that rivals in taste to Florence's! I cannot wait to order again once I come...
