Humm. Where to start.....? While driving on the 10 freeway, getting hungry, I found this place via Google maps. This was back on 6/5/2021. I went through the drive through, in which I was promptly served with great customer service. I ordered (2) McChicken sandwiches, (2) McDoubles both with extra pickles, a large diet coke, and a medium order of fries that was free with a $1 purchase from the McDonald's app. Upon getting the order, my husband and I got back on the freeway heading back in the direction of our destination. While starting to eat what was ordered, the fries tasted like they fished them out from under the fryer, they nailed the concept of making the McChicken sandwiches tasting like dog food, and both McDoubles tasted cold. So the food was no good but what about the drink???? Well the drink tasted like the syrup was not mixed correctly and was flat. I think it takes great talent to ruin the whole order . The food tasted so bad we fed it to our dogs minus the onions. Great place if you want to kick the habit of wanting fast food to lose weight.
So I called, spoke with someone and then said they would replace the order. Great....but I wasn't going to be back in the area for a week. Today, which is 6/13/2021 I went back for the replacement order. Again, great customer service. Side note: Bathroom for females was nice and clean. Inside and out was packed with customers. This was around 10:45 am. I had to wait till exactly 11am for them to switch from breakfast to lunch. Due to the volume of people ordering it took about 12 minutes walking in to get my replacement order. Once I got my replacement order, I walked outside to our vehicle and started to eat lunch. Keep in mind this is a week from the first order, same exact thing.... The McChicken sandwiches were not as bad, the McDoubles still were cold, the fries were warm, but the soda this time tasted flat and more like watered down soda that has had the ice time to melt in it. My guess from previous work in fast food is the fry oil was old hinge the fries and the McChickens not tasting good. I think it takes talent to mess up the whole order. People were great but food wise I would not recommend. I would recommend that if anything..... corporate go in and do a surprise quality control of the food. Until then go to a different place. Btw we still never finished the replacement order due to how it tasted and threw the diet coke out.

But particularly today 3/4/22 it was different since i normally go drive thru and decided to order inside. I tried to order at the Kios and Allen gladly said he could take my order. So i walk over to the register and as i tell him my order apperantly someone(an employee) left an order unpaid. So allen calls over the so called "manager" Adrian. Im minding my own business and all i heard was when you see blablabla(employee name given) tell her she can only get a medium drink, ok isn't that your job? Anyways Allen proceeds to taking my order and as im ordering THE MANAGER yells out to allen from across the room basically(drive thru window to the very last register in dine in) to get over here!!! VERY RUDE!!! POOR GUY SERIOUSLY!!! I stopped ordering and he walks away and somebody else replaces him to finish up my order. These type of so called MANAGERS are the ones that make you wanna hate your job, the ones that stress you out, the ones that make you wanna not answer your phone on your day off because more than likely it's to cover somebody's shift and now you gotta put up with the manager. When i was given my order i did not get straw for my drink, my frappe had over spilled and someone semi cleaned it and i when i looked for napkins in my bag ofcourse i had none... The management at this facility is horrible.That is not how you treat your team members/coworkers from any standing point regardless of your title.
Overall.....The waiting time is bad. Manager treat employees horrible. They're always having some kind of technical problem with their system. And you'll be lucky if you get your food correct and in time to where its still warm enough to eat.....

I arrived at the drive-thru at 5:03 AM and waited for approximately 5 minutes before deciding to proceed to the window. When I got there, I observed an employee blowing her nose near the food preparation area, which was concerning, especially given the potential health risks involved. She seemed visibly irritated and then instructed another staff member to come to the window. I was informed that my order would take an additional 5-10 minutes because the food was not yet prepared. At that point, I asked to speak to the manager, and Carolina came to the window. To my surprise, Carolina, who was also the employee blowing her nose, explained that they had “woken up late” and apologized. While I appreciate the apology, this response seems unprofessional, particularly for a business that opens at 5 AM. The combination of unsanitary behavior near food, unpreparedness at opening hours, and lack of professionalism is concerning. I believe this matter should be addressed at a higher level within your organization to ensure that your customers receive the quality service and standards they expect. I appreciate your attention to this matter and trust that the necessary steps will be taken to improve both service and hygiene at this location. Thank you...
