Food/Drink (100% 1.5 star total): Solid food and drink that you have come to expect from the "Eat more chicken" chain. I'm a sucker for the spicy chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and multi grain bun.

Service (100% of 1.5 star total): Shout out to Joey and Thomas. Joey gives you the radiating smile and a warm hand shake. Thomas brings it home with a smooth delivery to the table. Staff here is really happy to work here and the good energy is infectious.

I went through the drive through this morning , I gave them my name Sam . I come to this location every morning , this was the first time I was asked how to spell it , then I get to the window and give the lady my money and letting her know to scan my points with my phone , she ignored that and said oh here is your receipt. Like I told you before you cashed me out . Laziness is so unprofessional . I’ve never experience it here . I go get my food, I got the grilled chicken breakfast sandwich meal and it look like a half a chicken breast cut in half .. my muffin was burnt yes black and burnt . The hash brown box barely was full like are you guys counting the hash browns!??? If you are cutting things in half be sure the price is cut in half as well . It’s one thing to be the best but if it’s not consistent none of that matters .
