I came here once b/c my sister told me about a promo they were doing, and the food was meh at best. I came again today b/c I had a $5 off coupon, and it'll probably be my last.
It took over ONE hour for the food for my 6:45 order to be prepared, with me waiting inside the restaurant for 45 min. I gave the “chef” in the white jacket (who I believed to be in charge) my name after about 7-10 minutes of waiting, and she told me my order would be out soon.
Fast forward through people who'd been there before me finally getting their food, people coming in after me having to wait only 10-15 minutes, orders that were put out and still waiting to be collected even after I left, and orders that had much later pickup times being finished.
After more frustrated customers had joined the line and my pickup time crossing the 1 hour mark, the chef finally appeared again (about 40 minutes after she'd last been at the window). Since she was the only one who apparently could come up and ask our names or respond when asked a question.
When I flagged her down, we all asked what was going on with our orders. For me, she asked if I'd given my name. I told her, “yes,” to her about 40 minutes earlier. Then, she tried to claim that someone else probably took my order. I told her that didn't make sense b/c I'd been there waiting AND b/c my ticket was still on the wall (along with those with the two customers also asking questions).
Her general excuse is that there were usually 3 people working the window but tonight was just her. So they decided to just make the PICKUP orders as the customers came in to tell them they had arrived. DESPITE ordering AHEAD and choosing a SPECIFIC time for their orders. And DESPITE the chef last being at the window or even in view 40 MINUTES EARLIER.
I got home and just like my gut predicted, my order was wrong. No veggies at all. Plus, the noodles had some weird texture.
Fool me once, shame on you; fool...
Read moreI can’t give it more than 2 stars... was about to give it one. I’m a frequent Piada customer at the Alliance location for lunch, always a good experience. Took my whole family out for dinner here just to get them all to try it as well. This store needs help....
First: it smelled. There was some stale smell in the restaurant that was not very appetizing.
Second: The staff was just ridiculously bad. I’m not sure if I was being trolled or were they that bad at service. There were 7 of us, I ordered for everyone. There were 3 people in the line asking me questions at the same time. I would answer one of them the next one would be talking at the same time. I’m pretty sure they were messing with me... no one can be that dumb. There was no one else in the line waiting either... Also they all looked like they didn’t want to be there... just complete 180 from the Alliance location I’m used to.
Third: I always get the salmon on my pasta. It’s usually very good. Here they gave me a 3inch by 1 inch piece of fish. Looked like a nugget. When I complained he just shrugged it off... umm okay.
Never coming back to this location which is close to my house! The “chef” rang me up while others prepared my food. Usually it’s the other way around.. he seemed like a nice guy though. He made this 2 stars...
Read moreThis was my first and last time here. The food is good. However, if you’ve never been here Victoria and Joshua will give you a bad attitude when you ask any questions. When I paid for my order I got a large drink. I got my food and went to the drink station. I was looking for a pink drink that I had seen in pictures but couldn’t find it. Then after looking for a few minutes I noticed that there were also two drinks by the register. I asked Joshua if I could have some of the hibiscus. He said “no it’s too late for that” and Victoria looked at me while asking him. I then asked her if it was in fact too late to get some. She then said “yes you have to ask when ordering” so I asked her “does it cost more?” She said “yes” so I asked her “how much more does it cost?” She said “well since you already bought a large it really wouldn’t be more” so she took my drink and filled it. While she was filling it up I told her that I had never been here so I didn’t know. She had an attitude from the time I was ordering to the time I left. I also tried to get a refill and asked Joshua but he goes “Victoria she has a question for you” then Victoria said “We can’t do that.” I’m also really not sure why Joshua asks how many people are with us. Also, they have a kids meal option but it is not posted anywhere...
