To Corporate or Management - We’ve been loyal customers for 2 years at this location and I’m so disappointed how the customer service has drastically declined here. Mind you, we used to live in Frisco and we made the drive here because we enjoyed the food that much. Now we live in Celina, even further, and we still wanted to make the drive to come here. But we won’t be coming back here for a long time. Miguel, the manager at this location (bald guy with glasses), was extremely rude and just plain out arrogant. I have Celiac Disease (gluten intolerance) and I told the cashier that I need to exchange the pita for something non gluten. I requested a side of hummus and Miguel gave me the hardest time saying he couldn’t do that for me. In 2 years, this was never an issue. This is a serious health issue for me and to fight me on this is unacceptable. Especially with a customer! On top of that, they got my husband’s order wrong completely. We didn’t even bother telling them to correct it because it took so long for them to give us our food in the first place. Most of the time Miguel was socializing with his friends and standing around like this is his home. Bringing friends at your job and socializing? Talk about unprofessional. The previous managers were so much nicer and accommodating. I hope they really do end up building a Plano location because this one here in Richardson is just not what...

A special shoutout to Dave, who went above and beyond to make the experience exceptional. His friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and great recommendations made all the difference!

I ordered the chicken kabob plate, and it was absolutely divine. The chicken was perfectly grilled—tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. Paired with the fluffy basmati rice, fresh salad, and their heavenly tzatziki sauce, every bite was a delight. Dave even suggested adding a side of hummus, which turned out to be the perfect touch—the hummus was incredibly smooth and flavorful, and the pita bread was warm and fresh.

So this was my husband and I’s first time coming here after a long trip and our 1 year son was tired so we were nervous about how he’d behave. Well were immediately greeted with a huge smile by Jerry and he immediately explained the menu and informed us of all the popular options and if we didn’t like an ingredient, we could take it off or substitute for something else. He was so informative and kind and made us feel welcome. He brought our meal over with a smile and was so polite, if he noticed we were talking he’d wait and motion to me that he had our food and he never failed to make my son laugh. The whole time we were eating he entertained our son and would dance or talk to him and it definitely eased my worry about my son getting too fussy. Jerry was absolutely amazing. My husband and I agreed that we wouldn’t just come back for the amazing food, but for the amazing service provided by Jerry. Absolutely amazing service by him. You don’t find many good employees like anymore! I would’ve taken a picture of our meal but it was too delicious to not eat right away!
