McDonald's — Restaurant in Richardson

I went there the 6/25/2018 around 1-3am and the black lady(overnight cashier) was taking my order and I repeated myself like 3-4 times that I wanted 12 Mac Chicken and a large cup of soda she end up taking the wrong order. She oil 2 Mac chicken as y order and no soda so I repeated myself that I wanted 12 Mac chicken and she just gave them to me without ketchup so I was on the window waitIng for a couple of minutes until the manager came to me and asked me if I need it anything else and I told her I was waiting for my drink so she gave me the drink and I was giving them back my debit card to charge me for the drink since the cashier said “they always said they need something more” loud which she was trying to say that we always want more and don’t ask for the orders right. Either way the manager lady didn’t charge me for the drink and I got it for free, my only complain is that the cashier was lying and wasn’t even nice. It seemed like I did interrupt a conversation she was having on her phone. I give them 4 stars because I always get good service when I go there and this is the only time I had been upset about a cashier lying about the orders I was taking. I never try to lie to get free stuff reason why I was handing my debit card back to them so they can charge me for my drink and those Mac chicken weren’t for me, it was for my friends that were working on a project with me all night. The drink was for me though. If I interrupted a conversation that she was having on her phone, I be talking it was some gossiping because with that attitude and looks I bet she can’t get a boyfriend, I could smell the ratchet within her soul all the way from my car. She doesn’t even brush her mouth, her bad breath almost knocked me out that night. I got so dizzy that night, please let that cashier know to wash her mouth and take showers. That was my worst experiences at that McDonald and I been going there for years. She also need to clean her ears that might be the reason she couldn’t hear my order, she is accumulating so much poop in her ears that she can barely hear now. Aside from this the store always give a good services except for that lazy lady who takes order wrong and lie about customers lying when taking an order. Plus I used to work for fast food restaurant Wendy, Chipotle, Chinese buffet. So whenever I go to a restaurant I try to be nice to the employees and mostly when it is full, I don’t rush them I wait there pantitly because I know they trying and if they really tired they still try, but having just one customer a night when there is no line of customers and decide to be lazy and rude to customers because you want to be on the phone looking for make up that won’t make a difference about your looks since there is no cure for that apart from plastic surgery and I still think it won’t...

This is worse MacDonald in this area . I never seen any MacDonald service like this . All time to much traffic service is so slow . Every time i went there i had to wait almost 30 minutes . I had bad Experiences couple of times they gave me wrong order. Especially if u go over weekend nights services so slow . You don,t even know what time they will take your order and what time they will delivered food to u . Every time when i went there i had to wait 10 minutes to take my order . i just wait in front of ordering screen no body reposes then i had to go to cashiering window to place my order . The stuff was so rude they did not even apologize for their service . I think the people go over there most of them illegal people they did not make any comments because they scared about their status that why their services going to so worse day by day. Corporate office should be keep on eyes on them because this is affecting their company image . Last time my experiences like this i had to wait more than 30 minutes and i went to drive through i am petty much stuck i could,t get out from here . So i just waiting and waiting . i Saw lots of car drives revers and get out from this property without placing order. finally i got delivery window they took my card charged it told me to go to at front . I, m just waiting and waiting no response then i had to leave without food from this property . The reason i am writing this is real picture of customer service manager should be talking...

Just left this location around 1130pm.... The kid there played tetras with the bag and tried to fit everything into one medium bag with stuff coming over the top. We couldn't possibly close the bag to keep the heat in as we drove home ....I informed him his packing of the food was obnoxious.....we couldn't check our order..... he promised every was there..... nope..... it wasn't. I asked him how he could have possibly gotten our large order in that size bag ... ( mind the bag was ripping down the side) ... he assured us twice it was all there.... heck nope ... we were shorted chicken nuggets and 2 double cheese.....and the double cheese burgers we did get were not dressed. The Chicken deluxe not dress the big mac no sauce ....absolutely terrible. Too much weed smoking apparently going on at that store. At least be courteous enough to put the fries in one bag, Wrapped burgers in another...and boxed stuff in another. Not very smart. Really fellas on late crew do better ... yall are better than this I like the guys that run that shift ....unfortunately they're simply not in tune with McDonald's processes. I called the store at belt line and coit to only be disconnected twice. For what we spent, we'll be going to Whataburger... they always group the meals into individual bags. And to be blunt the food is better .... oh and breakfast at Whataburger is real. Sorry McDonald's this wasn't the first time the late shift canned it for you all here at this...
