Subway — Restaurant in Richland

Music is too loud for the "sandwich artist" to take orders. She put the bare minimum of toppings on my first sandwich (that she put mayonnaise on when I said mustard, after saying almost everything 3 times for her to hear it) and even less toppings when she had to remake it. Absolutely horrible service and recommend going to the one just a mile or two away off of George Washington Way because there's no way in hell the service could be any worse then this place. If i could put 0 stars I would.

Pictures illustrate just how much of each topping you should expect per half. Looks like an average of 3 pieces of jalapeños so I hope you take some big bites to get the full taste of the sandwich you ordered from an establishment that supposedly makes them professionally.

I ordered on the App at 12pm and my food was ready at 12:15 on the app. I went inside and they were decently busy but had 4+ staff on duty. Usually Jefe I think his name is, he usually helps us and is quick. This time, they kept taking orders behind me and ignoring me, until I got to the register and was ignored again and finally said "Excuse me, I keep getting skipped and I ordered before anyone was inside this store" She finally asks my name and hands me a sandwich that's been sitting in the back for probably an hour now. Last time I was here, I ordered double meat and double cheese on my sandwich and it came looking like it had half the meat a sandwich should have.

I'm not sure if it's the Mormons that own this joint making the small portion sizes, or if it was just the girl making the sandwich, but my wife and I each had the same complaints with our 2 sandwiches.

I'm left with the impression that this place is greedy and doesn't really care about the customers so I probably won't be going back. I MIGHT give them another chance in the future, but I can think of a lot better ways to get ripped off. And if I still want to be hungry after I'm done eating, I'll order from the value menu...
