I visited this location on yesterday and asked for a cup of ice, where I was informed I couldn't have a cup of ice, ok no problem, I then in turned asked to purchase a small soft drink but did not want the soda just the cup of ice. The employee got very aggressive with me and told the other associate that he just told me" I couldn't have" a cup of ice even if I was perchancing a drink. He continued to argue aggressively with me, going back and forth till I told the other employee to just forget it, I won't buy anything, just for him to tell the employee "not to give me anything". I didn't catch his name. However any other time I have come to this location there was never an issue of me getting ice nor purchasing a drink just to get ice. The manager here is very pleasant and welcoming. That employee is very rude and disrespectful and should not be allowed to service the public, his customer service stinks‼️ To all the other employees at this location I thank you for your kindness, but I will never return. I would not recommend anyone to patronize this location, I do apologize for the welcoming employees who have to suffer for an ignorant individual as such. They or should I say he should not have gotten the one star that was left and should be terminated...
Read moreHorrible! As I waited in line I I watched a female employee make a whole tray of pizza pretzels and place them in the warmer/window. My daughter wanted one she said they were not for sale and they were not on the menu. I asked the cashier what do they have on the menu he said pizza bites. I asked for an order of those. The same female employee who said that the pizza pretzels she obviously made for herself to take said they were closing. This was at 8:20 p.m. Saturday, 12/30/2017 location near the Dillard’s entrance, the mall closed at 9 with a line full of people. Horrible work ethic, the employees played with each other on the frontline while customers were line, the employees made take home food but refused to make food for customers, the same female employee who had a questionable Burberry scarf on her head and a yellow shirt I asssumed may have been their supervisor on duty. Out of respect for my daughter I let it go. Definitely don’t need lazy, unprofessional, mooching employees on the clock. Horrible...
Read moreI wish I could give 0 star if I can. The customer service is horrible and the staff was the most disrespectful person I have ever met for sure.
During my visit, I encountered a staff member who was extremely rude. I was in the process of ordering mini pretzel dogs when he raised his voice and rudely informed me that it would take six minutes and said go away. Additionally, I observed him behaving similarly toward other customers who were ordering sausage pretzels.
As someone who enjoys Auntie Anne’s pretzels even out of state, I was disappointed by this encounter. Customer service is an integral part of the experience, and unfortunately, this interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied. I saw that staff in another store in Macys and I guess maybe he works in both branches or manager or something.
I sincerely hope that this staff member receives the proper customer service training, as this behavior does not reflect the level of service I have come to expect...
