I ate here for lunch today and I always make a little chicken salad sandwich with the cheese and some fruit thrown in there. My dad's band has been playing at Chris's Halloween party almost every year since I was a kid and Chris always caters it himself. I remember getting plate after plate of chicken salad and pasta and having such a fun time, so getting to eat it for lunch is extremely nostalgic and wonderful.
