Jack's Donuts of Richmond — Restaurant in Richmond

Listen, I love the drinks at jacks doughnuts. I have gotten the same one the past 3 years and usually it’s delicious. But this last experience left a sour taste in my mouth and it wasn’t from the “berry shock” I ordered.

Picture one is what my drink usually looks like. Picture two is today. I went back and asked nicely if I could have some more boba because it usually has more in it. The women helping us (who I will say had fantastic customer service when I originally ordered) said “that’s the measurement” I tried to tell her it seems like it’s less than usual and she said “no thats how it always is.” Then she said I can get you more for a charge.

I don’t think I should have to pay extra for what I’m already supposed to get. So I left and got the “have a good day” (which I worked customer service for 8 years and it’s the tone we use when we are over you and just want you out).

Disappointed in not only the lack of flavor (looked and tasted watered down) of the drink but the lack of literally what makes it taste good (the boba). I just wanted a yummy drink to start my day and this was the first time I showed my friend this place to! I’m just asking for consistency if you’re gonna keep raising prices (which inflation, am I right?) the product needs to be...

I fell in love with the donuts from Jack's Doughnuts on a hockey trip to Carmel, Indiana, and I've been finding a Jack's shop every time I drive through since. The donuts are light and fluffy, and each shop seems to have a slightly different variety. I visited this particular shop about 3:45 in the afternoon I believe, in which most of the Jack's shops were closing. I bought a dozen and a half and the girl working there sold me on the 24 pack of donut holes as well.

My only complaint was at the end of the transaction she had said that at 3 they had to dispose of the rest of the donuts, as the time had passed. I offered to buy up more at a discount, or at least wait the 15 minutes (after I had paid my initial, mind you), and then buy up at a discount (yes, i think they're that good), but she refused, stating company policy. I hate seeing so much...

I was pleased about Jack's coming to Richmond. I had a sugar free vanilla iced coffee, and a chocolate pretzel donut. I just hope they will allow mobile ordering on the app in Richmond. UPDATE:. April 17, 2023-I was nearby for an appointment, and when I was done, I stopped by for a snack. I received a $5 off birthday coupon, so I ordered their drink of the week on Facebook, the Chocolate Peanut Butter Latte and a white frosted donut. It was delicious! I ended up paying 52 cents! That is a bargain! UPDATE: May 23, 2024-I received another $5 off birthday coupon, so I ordered a Small White Chocolate Peppermint Mocha Latte and a Peanut Butter Donut.
