This review is based solely on my drive-thru experience. Wednesday evening at 6pm, I pull up to the #2 lane order station. There is one car in front of me and cars in the #1 lane. Five minutes pass and I get to the order station. The screen has been smashed. I am waiting to place my order when a car that arrived in the #1 lane a couple of minutes after me pulled ahead of me. A soulless voice finally came on the crackling, staticky speaker to take my order. "I'd like two cheeseburgers and a large diet coke please." I don't recall if she repeated the order, but she did say the total of $3.21. It's now been 12 minutes since I pulled up to the drive-thru. I get up to the pay window and no one is there. I wait for less than 30 seconds and someone comes up to the window, looks at me and turns her back. She yells for or at someone and another lady comes to the window. She asks what order I had and takes my payment. She hands my card and receipt back then says thanks. It has now been 15 minutes since I arrived. I pull forward to the pickup window, there's no one in front of me now, and am handed a bag and told my drink would be up shortly. I check the bag to see if there are two cheeseburgers inside. I see the cheeseburger wrappers and am satisfied. My drink is now handed to me. The young guy thanks me and apologizes for the wait. It has now been 17 nines since I arrived. I pull away, and stick my straw in the drink and take a sip. It's regular coke. I ordered diet. Oh well. I get back onto I-70 and reach in for a cheeseburger. Take a bite and find out its a cheeseless cheeseburger. Oh well. A few miles later I bite into the second one and find it too has no cheese. The receipt was still in passenger seat so I took a look. It said two cheeseburgers and a regular coke. I know I said diet at the speaker. Oh well. It seems McDonald's has gotten slow everywhere you go. Am I just imagining this? This mcdonalds may be awesome inside, but on 7-11-18 at 6pm at the drive thru, it has a lot of...
Read morePulled up to a broken screen at the drive thru. Strike 1 because now I have no idea if the order was taken correctly as she did not repeat back what I ordered. Get to first window, doesn't say hi, thank you, enjoy, nothing. Just hands me my change and no receipt- which at the time wasn't a huge deal. That's Strike 2. Pull up to second window and the girl hands me a Sprite, not the Coke I ordered. Easy enough, got it exchanged. While I'm waiting for my food, I can hear employees complaining about closing as minors along with someone there behind the counter who did not appear to be dressed to work. This happens to be a huge pet peeve of mine having worked 16+ years in food/customer service. Strike 3. We get our food and get going when we realize there is no honey mustard (as requested at the time of ordering) for my daughters chicken nuggets, no apple slices (also requested at time of ordering), and the fries were so cold and stale even my 4yr old said something about it. Out of strikes here. Wouldn't go back even for a month of free...
Read moreWhen we first came in to order, the cashier let us order and then told us there's no CO2 for drinks but we could have water bc they also couldn't make any special drinks.... we ordered a 4pc HM, a 6pc HM, and a 10pc chic nugget and ordered sauce with it but none in our bags. They made our food to go even tho we said we were dining in. One of us went to ask for the sauses and they gave us 2... so another went up and had to interrupt the manager complaining very loudly about other customers to ask for a couple more and she rolled her eyes and said that we are supposed to be paying for sauces... even tho we ordered them with our food and never got them... then the manager comes to the table to tell us basically to leave bc the store is LEAKING co2... which I feel like should be something they said as soon as we came in with our children... also the chicken Big Mac was very old but we didn't even bother asking for another one bc of how rude they were being. Probably won't come back there. It's worth driving down the road to a McDonald's...
