Wonderland — Restaurant in Richmond

I was here visiting from Colorado and my son told me about this bar. Being a huge Rob Zombie fan, as soon as my son mentioned Captain Spaulding, I had to see this place. I LOVE this bar!! Met the owner briefly, and he was a super nice guy. I told him I was here from Colorado, but he had already figured I was from out of town. Guess walking around the whole place running live videos was a dead giveaway, LOL. Anyway, if you enjoy local bars with good music and great people, make sure to stop here when in Richmond. Even the regulars were awesome. Impressed! ...

This is a service establishment. When you are this type of business you are expected to be held at a certain standard. When you give the customer an attitude because they ask you to do your job job you have no right to be open. I was at this establishment and informed the owner that their bathroom was out of toilet paper. The owner gave an attitude because he did not want to do the job that was required. At no point should this be acceptable! I could care less if this is dive bar. Customer service is still customer service and should be...

We went over 5 years ago when we took a short trip to Richmond after we got married. We feel in love with the spooky decor immediately (we had a Halloween wedding) and had a blast. However, our last visit afte Christmas 2018 was terrible. They weren't serving food anymore (it was 11pm) and they allowed cigarette smoke in the bar. No separate area at all. My eyes and throat were burning and I barely finished the one drink I ordered before we got out of there. We probably won't be back unless the smoking...
