McDonald's — Restaurant in Ridgecrest

I don't know what happened to this place I don't know when a corporate entity bought it from the family that owned it before. The only reason I was there today was I forgot what happened last time. I had ordered Big Mac and a quarter pounder with cheese and a small fry when I got home. I noticed I had no fry the 800 number there was no direct number to the restaurant. Did not work I guess I got no response. But let's talk about today's visit worst experience I've had in my life since they built the place I was in high school. When it first opened every owner except for these. Cared about this place and the community I sat there for 15 to 20 minutes talking to a customer when finally we recognized a sign say kiosk order only. The manager and the three other employees I saw. Did not even acknowledge just standing there. It seems these new owners with their corporate policy. Only have four to five people on staff to cut wages and salaries and the people they've hired no nothing about customer service. Again I will reiterate worst experience I've had since McDonald's opened in Ridgecrest worst McDonald's I've ever been in. Needless to say after 20 minutes I did not even get my order in I turned around and walked out. I won't forget this time and go back again. Oh by the way they cut the senior discount. And also like I said they owe me an order of french fries small. Worst experience ever worst...

Great customer service. Very friendly and patient with my many questions. I've had some bad experiences with sausage biscuits being too hard around 7am or having the wrong sandwich sometimes. But overall they usually get it right and delicious, quickly. I don't like the pipe on the outside of the building by the front entrance. Its high up and constantly has water dripping from it which splashes right near where you enter the building. Gross.. Good strawberry jam and oreo m&m mixed mcflurries though still. Also they just replaced their parking lot and drive thru so it's looking spiffy and clean. The jungle gym they have here in rc also is a big 👎. Can't believe they downgraded from the big fun jungle gym with the big corkscrew slide and looking windows to the tiny 👎"play area" they have now, just to have it locked up and inaccessible to customers for the past few years along with the rest of the outside dining space Anyways food is good. I just wish they'd changed some things back to how they used to be. Also I miss my unhealthy greasy long soft fries from the 90s . Bring those...

Horrible service by the same employee at the drive-thru twice this month! The first time she asked me what my order was 3 times, I told her each time and she checked the bag and still managed to not put items in my bag. I asked for extra napkins, she put them in the bag and took them out, I called her out on it and she had the nerve to tell me I was being rude!!! The second time she took a bag that she had given to the car before me that had given it back to her because it was obviously the wrong order. She then tried to give me that bag of food that had just been in someone else's car!! I told her I didn't want that bag that had been in someone else's car and then a manager came over and took the bag, said he changed the bag. Not sure if that meant he put the food in a new bag or gave me new food in a new bag. I needed to get to work so I didn't stay to argue with him. Absolutely horrible service there for several years now. I will not be going back to this...
